This mama is BACK! 🙌🏼 . Being the mama of two littles is harder than I ever could have imagined, especially with my husbands work schedule 👮🏻 BUT after almost 6 months, I do feel like I have figured out what works, what doesn't work, how to stay sane 🤣, etc. . One thing I have learned is that the second I stop doing anything for myself is when I have the hardest time, so I joined my girls with the 80 day obsession! 💪🏼 So far I LOVE the program!!! The timed nutrition is tough to follow since sometimes there just is no time... but with this program I'm learning to MAKE the time! Day 3 of the program and I'm already noticing changes!!! 😧 . Day 3/80. Starting my day out early today. Although I have had my tea & devo time earlier, having a full breakfast so early is way out of my comfort zone. I like to workout fasted. I have been doing it for years!!! But I started a new workout program this week that focuses on timed nutrition, and my first meal of the day needs to be 1 hour before my workout. So here goes!!! Day 3 workout in the books and it wasn’t awful! My girl even cheered me on for a bit💜Side planks are always a weakness for me, but add the strength sliders to them and it’s a whole new challenge 😂 I kept up on the cardio almost the entire time, which felt pretty amazing. These workouts are going to get harder and more intense and I’m excited to see where I’m at on day 80 😊maybe I’ll master those side planks!

I think the caption and my face says it all. My kids had not had a full week of school since mid December. I could sit here and be frustrated BUT I’m trying to see the positive. All the schools want is our kids to be safe. Kids walk, have to wait for the bus, have parents drive them and if the roads are bad there is a chance they won’t be safe. Another positive... 43 days until Spring which is also half way through my new 80 day program! Can you say bikini 👙 ready?! I’m also thankful to have a flexible job that allows me to change my schedule at a moments notice so that I can be there for them on days like this. So I am going to let them sleep while I get my cardio on. THEN I plan on finding LOTS of work for them to do today. These days I prefer to use the word movement because once you say EXERCISE😳😳😳 something just changes in people’s physiology and all they can do is think of ‘huffing and puffing’ at the gym till it hurts. As long as you are not into body building moving your body can be FUN. A time to express and release. A time refresh and strengthen. Pick an activity you love and go for it. What is important is that you are moving. . Repost from @marcird So many people have a loathsome relationship to exercise because it’s always been related to dieting and a desire to look “better.” This approach is a total setup for misery! Try to imagine moving your body to feel better physically, emotionally, and mentally. Try to drop the fantasy of toned thighs. I know it’s tough but reclaiming movement is a total gift.

Proud? Such an understatement to be honest! Can we just appreciate what goes into a transformation like this. . Casie is a mum of 2 beautiful children. After having her bub 12 months ago she was determined to get fit and healthy, to feel confident, strong and empowered. Case joined our @_fitwithash transformation program with a goal of more than just losing weight, she had a mental transformation goal as well, learning new disciplines, resisting temptations and most importantly becoming an ideal role model for her children! . I feel like being a parent we forget about the impact we have on our children and the influence we have over their decisions and choices not only now but those choices, thoughts and actions that they have later in life. . It all starts from us, and it’s ingrained in these small humans from such a young age, there is no time to mess around being de-motivated, un-confident, stressed and tired, because ultimately I know we can all agree that we would hate for our children to feel those feelings once they reach our age. Imagine if they believed in themselves and had no fear of failure leaving school, imagine if they had a clear direction. How cool would that be? Start changing your actions and be the ideal role model so that your children can be confident, strong and resilient throughout their lives, let’s teach these humans that the only way is up and that nothing can stop them, let’s teach them to strive for greater than great! . It starts with one simple decision, the decision to positive, to be confident, to accept failure as a lesson and to play life full out and show these kids how the hell to do that!

I am 6 months postpartum and celebrating what the female body can go through in one year! I worked hard during pregnancy and did Crossfit up until I delivered and felt pretty amazing and strong! I am now 6 months postpartum and finally feel back to being strong and I’ve worked really hard for myself to prove that the body is capable of recovering with proper nutrition, rest and of course, Crossfit 😭💪🏽🌟🔥🙌🏽 I am proud of what I’ve been through in the last year, from carrying my son, having my 3rd c-section 6 months ago, to working hard and being dedicated to get back in shape the right way! With discipline, dedication, hard work, passion and the right mind set, you can do ANYTHING if you really want it! 🌟🌟 Thank you to @rpstrength for helping me with my nutrition and getting my postpartum body back🙌🏽🎉! When that alarm went off this morning AND I looked at the date I thought shit I’ll be 31 in less than a month 😳 AND I never could have imagined being this healthy & fit in my 31 years (yes I know it’s not old) but I can honestly say I never felt better physically & mentally. I never could of imagined that working out at home with little to no equipment, drinking a daily meal replacement shake AND following an easy meal plan could have made me this HAPPY& HEALTHY. I am a mother of two little girls AND in the past I was on medication for some health concerns AND I am no longer on any medication because of what this JOURNEY has done for me 💗 And also some of these moves today I NEVER would have imagined being able to do AND I can! This momma is proud 💪So, don’t listen to the excuses, choose you- you will not regret it😘
