🤣🤣🤣 PROTEIN TASTE TEST!! . . A couple of months ago I listened to the @timferriss podcast with LeBron James and his trainer!! If you haven’t listened to it, it is a MUST. Anyway LeBron mentioned how he takes plant based protein and that inspired me to do the same 😋 . So I tried the PRANA Tribal Force protein in the choc cherry coconut flavour which I absolutely loved and continued using for about two months. Yesterday I bought and tested the PRANA Power Plant protein in the himalayan salted caramel flavour and as you can see, I am all for it! . Since the beginning of my fitness journey I have tried many different protein powders, including WPI, WPC, lean gainers and mass gainers 🤪 since using plant based protein I’ve never felt discomfort in my stomach and they also keep me fuller for longer! . Ps. I am not currently on a plant based diet. | PB+J SMOOTHIE | This peanut butter and jelly protein smoothie tastes like a childhood favorite! I love how easy it is to mix it up, add some protein, and be ready for the day in no time. This delicious smoothie makes for a perfect high protein breakfast or post-workout treat! Ingredients * 2 scoops @kachavatribe (vanilla) * 1 large ripe frozen banana, broken into chunks * 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter * 1 soft, pitted date * ⅔ cup coconut milk, divided * ½ cup frozen blueberries or strawberries Instructions 1. Blend frozen banana, peanut butter, and date. Add 1 scoop vanilla kachava, ⅓ cup of coconut milk, and blend until smooth and creamy. It should be quite thick. 2. Pour the mixture into a serving glass. 3. Of course it’s hard. It’s supposed to be hard. If it were easy, everybody would do it. Hard is what makes it great. #notetoself __ I’m back to doing “hardcore” workout @orangetheory after a month break. Because of back to back injuries, I decided to take some time off and give my body some much needed rest. It’s first day back but planning to get into regular routine slowly. 672 calories burned in one hour. __ Ready to be lean, eat clean, and not be mean 💕 I’ll be posting a lot more workout stuff to hold myself accountable and track my progress for the next two months🤞🏽

GALLETAS SUPER FIT en menos de 20min🤩💕 . Para esas tardes de antojo de dulce, estas galletas son una opción perfecta para merendar!! Son mega deliciosas, súper sanas y naturales💪🏻 . INGREDIENTES 👩🏻‍🍳: 💟2 Bananas (cambur/plátano/como lo llames) hechas pure! 💟2 tazas de Avena en Hojuelas 💟1 scoop de proteína de vainilla (o de tu sabor preferido)! 💟1 pizca de Canela 💟1 chorrito de Leche de almendras o de tu preferencia! 💟Coco rayado sin azúcar (puedes usar almendras, pasas o chispas de chocolate sin azúcar también)! . PROCEDIMIENTO 👩🏻‍🍳: ✔️Tritura muy bien la banana con un tenedor en un bowl hasta que quede como un pure, y ve añadiendo resto de los ingredientes secos primero ✔️Cuando obtengas una mezcla bien compacta, añade el chorrito de leche (solo un poquito) y mezcla bien otra vez ✔️Precalienta el horno a 350, y en un molde previamente engrasado con un poco de spray de aceite de tu preferencia (para evitar que se pegue la mezcla) vierte la mezcla en pequeñas cantidades haciendo la forma de una galletita ✔️Aplasta la mezcla con la parte de abajo de una cuchara para que queden bien compactas ✔️Y por último, déjalas cocinar por 12-15min hasta que esten doradas y LISTO🙌🏻⚠️ . Súper FÁCIL, SANO y DELICIOSO🍪😋

About ~33gr protein, and I am drooling just looking at the pic again. Garlicky spinach with milk, and tuna steak 💛 This was my first time having tuna steak and I am in love 😱 🌱 For the spinach: I sautéd about 7 big garlic cloves in 2 tbsp butter for 1 min, then added 1 tbsp whole flour, stirred well to remove any clumps (it will mix with the butter and turn into a paste), added 3/4 cup milk and 1 cup frozen spinach. Simmer till desired consistency. Add salt and pepper. (This makes 2 small portions or one big portion) 🌱 For the tuna steak: I mixed together olive oil, ginger, salt, pepper, cinnamon, sumac, and dill.
