So happy with this dinner, I didn’t want it to end. Hey babes! How has today gone for all of you so far? My day has been freaking GREAT. I finished up a good day at school, came come to get ready for the gym, ate my rice cake on the way, and KILLED my session. Today was my HEAVY leg session and MAN was it killer. I hit 150 on my deadlift (for one 😅), but STILL. I got SO sweaty, went SO hard, and am GOING to be feeling it tomorrow. 🔥🍑 The session is on my story if y’all want die. 🙃 I got in a good heart and practice, stretched out, came home, drank my protein shake, got all my meals together, and now it’s time to eat! I am HUNGRY! Today, luckily, is taco-themed Tuesday! 💃🏻 I am having: baked chicken breast (in @traderjoeslist 21 Seasoning Salute), basmati rice + a drizzle of lemon juice, sautéed zucchini + black beans (in some coconut oil, cayenne, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice), steamed green beans, homemade salsa, and sriracha for the top! 😍👅💦 I am SO proud of myself for having some salsa. There are little things here and there that I make “bad” or don’t let myself have because I “don’t need it”. What is ONE good reason I shouldn’t have salsa? It’s all homemade, I know what’s in it, it’s delicious, AND nutritious. So, FRICK YOU, anorexia! Overall, I’m feeling SORE, but good nonetheless! I am keeping up with eating how I should, keeping caps on my training times, trusting the process, fighting through disordered thoughts as they come, and trying my best to KNOW that what I am doing is right. The more I keep going, the more my body and mind will trust one another and see that listening to my ED is not the way to go. 🙅🏻 Allowing anorexia to convince me of what it wants me to believe is LETTING it kill me. No more holding myself back due to fear... ❌ If I want my period back, to gain muscle/strength, and to develop a healthy relationship with my training and fuel, I MUST EAT IT TO BEAT IT! 👊🏻 I am seeing and feeling the benefits to the changes I’ve made in my life and I don’t plan on stopping. I have come too far to only get this far and I’m SO ready to keep taking each day as it comes, believe in myself, push on, and DO THIS! 💪🏻 As for tonight, I’m off to eat my

Paleo Crepes 3 Eggs 5.4 oz. (3/4 cup) coconut cream 1/2 cup hot water 1/3 coconut oil 1/ tsp baking soda 1/3 cup tapioca flour 1/3 twice amaranth flour 1/2 cup tigernut flour 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1. Whisk eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, coconut cream and hot water. 2. Add tigernut flour, amaranth flour, tapioca flour, baking soda and mix until well combined. 3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. 4. Coat pan with butter/oil only at the beginning, you don’t need to repeat it. 5.
