Figured out what I have to do now 😌. Krótka historia o sile woli którą nie każdy zrozumie. Dzisiejszy trening to była walka. Ja i mój bolący kręgosłup vs. ciężary 💪🐗 Wiosło sztangą 72,5kg x6 (progres o 1 powtórzenie względem zeszłego tygodnia). Ciężko, bardzo, poszło, z trudem🔥 Później martwy ciąg 87, 5kg x5 (bez progresu). Gorzej niż z wioslem. 3 serie jakoś poszły, przed czwartą kryzys. Do dwóch ostatnich serii zabieram się jak pies do jeża. Pochodziłam i odchodziłam od sztangi. Łzy w oczach, myśli żeby odpuścić, żeby już skończyć ten trening. Ale nie umiem odpuszczać💪 I te "kurwy" na koniec serii. Zrobiłam co miałam zrobić, ale jestem zła na siebie za to, że nie poszło 90kg. To już jest ten etap, kiedy progres siłowy będzie coraz mniejszy, taka kolej rzeczy na ujemnym bilansie. Ciężko mi się z tym pogodzić😒 Siła charakteru i wola walki to coś co zostanie nawet jeśli siła mięśni spadnie. To coś co pomoże nam nie tylko na siłowni, ale też w życiu💯 Swoją drogą, chyba to kocham. Cały ten proces, to co się dzieje na treningu, pokonywanie własnych barier. Jestem z siebie dumna, mimo wszystko. Tak, płaczę na siłowni i trenuję z bolącym kręgosłupem. This! By @soheefit! Training is just a small part of the equation. For those who exercise a lot but still not seeing any results or a very slow decline in fat. It's so true, it wasn't until I clamped down on my nutrition promising myself to eat cleaner and healthier and watching my protjons did I really see results and drop in fat. I think most people would say they want eat a healthy nutritious diet... But wanting to isn't enough, it takes planning, preparation, educating yourself as well as motivation to remain consistent. From experience most people fail because they have food low on their list of priorities beneath their job, their social life etc etc. However I think most also know that in order to achieve their goals they have to improve their diet. Those goals are important to YOU... right? Achieving those will do wonders for your confidence, for your relationships, for your stress levels, your mental health, your career progression...
