Pilastro fondamentale della mia formazione, del lavoro quotidiano e di foto e video che presto vedrete su questo canale è l'allenamento con pesi liberi. Il tempo delle sale pesi zeppe di macchine isotoniche, talmente comode da schiacciarci anche un pisolino, È FINITO! Lo svantaggio principale dei macchinari su cui ci siamo allenati per anni è il prefissato percorso del gesto che stabilisce a priori la via del movimento, incurante dell'individualità della biomeccanica articolare di ciascun individuo. Da qui il passaggio, sia per moda ma soprattutto per evidenze scientifiche, all'allenamento con pesi liberi. I vantaggi sono molteplici:🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 🔴Coinvolgimento di grosse masse muscolari; 🔴Reclutamento dei muscoli stabilizzatori, che fissano le articolazioni permettendo di svolgere il movimento in maniera sicura; 🔴Miglioramento della propriocezione di strutture tendinee e legamentose; 🔴Incremento della secrezione di ormoni anabolizzanti. MUSCLE GAIN CHECKLIST by @jmaxfitness - Building muscle is easy if you're consistent with this checklist. - It's not rocket science (trust me, I would know). It just comes down to a few basics: - 1. Lift heavy in the gym 3-6x per week. Use a split where you're training each body part 2-3x per week. Some of my favourites are: full body, upper/lower, push/pull/legs etc. - 2. High protein diet. Get your protein. You want a minimum of 0.82g/lb, but if you aim for 1g/lb, you should be fine. So if you're 150lbs, aim for 150g of protein per day. - 3. Eat enough to grow. Ideally, you want to grow slowly so that the weight you gain is muscle and not fat. Aim to gain 1-4lbs per month. - 4. Progressive overload. Always try to do a bit more than your previous workout. This means 1 more rep or 5 more lbs. - 5. Sleep. This is one of the most anabolic things you can do for your body. How to get your first pull up! .💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 . Here are some things that I personally did to achieve my first ever pull up! It was always a dream of mine to do pull ups so I’m so happy I finally did them! . 💪🏽 First things first - throw your pull up band away. I won’t go into depth why they don’t work but they just don’t - the strength you build with a band won’t be translated into a unassisted pull up. 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🏃🏼‍♂️ 2 - hanging and scapula retractions. Doing these made a huge difference because you can have strong lats but you need a strong scapula if you’re ever going to get your first pull up. Start by hanging for 30s-60s and then 3 sets of 5-8 scapula retractions. 💪🏽 3 - negative reps. Start at the top of the pull up and hold for as long as you can while gravity slowly wins! 3 sets of 5-10 reps. . 🏃🏼‍♂️ 4 - jumping pull ups. A great way to get some reps in while you don’t quite have the strength for a full pull up! 3 sets of 5-10 reps. 💪🏽 And finally some tough love!! It’s all about CONSISTENCY PEOPLE! I’m currently practicing 2-3x a week. It took me well over a year to do 1 chin up. 17 months later and I can do about 4 pull ups and 6 chin ups without a break. It takes TIME people!
