Literally change my mind so often but decided to stop what I was doing and drop weight until my holiday. I want to go back to my physique from a couple months ago as I looked leaner. At the end of the day I'm just trying different things out. โ€ข โ€ข โ€ข

Managed to film a part of my warm up today. Since I do everything myself I couldn't get the angles for a full workout vid + had no patience to film more than my warm up. Also very obsessed with the new @gymshark leggings if anyone was wondering where they're from. โ€ข โ€ข

This is the type of post I wouldn't normally do (stereotypically a male thing) but felt it was necessary. I don't focus on my arms as much in my gym sessions and I decided to make it a new years goal to focus on that area some more.I feel it's important to work all muscle groups not just what "girls" should and ignore upper body as you'll look "manly". โ€ข โ€ข
