Sprotten-Tomatenmark-Aufstrich 💚❤️ Zutaten: ca 15 Sprotten, 1 Zwiebel, 1 Knobi, Olivenöl, 100g Tomatenmark, Salz, Pfeffer, Kräuter (Majoran, 3 kl. Chilli, Rosmarin), frische Pertersilie, Zitrone 1.Von den Sprotten ("feinste, geilste über Buchenholz geräucherte") Kopf, Schwanz und Gedärme entfernen. 2.Alles zusammen mit Tomatenmark, einer halben Zwiebel, Knoblauch mit Stabmixer pürieren. 3.Mit Zitrone, Öl, evtl etwas Honig und Gewürzen abschmecken. 4. Sotong hitam, a quick recipe for when you’re busy and need to whip up something for dinner. Yummy too! . Ingredients: 2 large onions 1 tsp belacan 1 stick of lemongrass 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 5 large squids 3 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp sugar Salt and pepper to taste. . Method: 1. Remove ink bags from the squid and put it aside. Clean, skin and slice the squid into 1 com rings. 2. Heat oil 3. Blend onion and belacan. 4. Bruise lemongrass and fry in hot oil along with onion and belacan mix. 5. Add turmeric 6. Add squid ink bags 7. Stir until the onion mixture turns grayish black 8. Add the squid rings and cook until just tender. 9. Guten Morgen! Brauchst du Montagsmotivation? Diese Tage zwischen den Wochenenden gehören jedenfalls auch zu deinem Leben, nicht vergessen 😉 Warum leben so viele anscheinend nur von Wochenende zu Wochenende? Urlaub zu Urlaub? Kindergarten zu Rente?!?! Täglich nur hoffen, dass der Tag endlich rum geht heißt nichts anderes als darauf zu warten, dass du endlich "um" gehst 😲 Hast du dir das mal klar gemacht?! Ja, das Leben ist ein Countdown, nur dass keiner weiß wo der angefangen hat zu laufen. Aber wenn du diesen Countdown aus deinem Kopf nicht raus kriegst wäre das doch sehr schade, denn aktuell hast du diesen Tag. Auch den Montag 😉 Schlaf dich aus (Keine Ausrede! Dann geh früher ins Bett!*), mach dir ein tolles Frühstück für das du gerne aufstehst, pack deine Tasche am Abend schon, pass auf deine Gedanken auf (Ey, Hallo! Du bist aufgewacht! Schon wieder! Fabelhaft!!! Du lebst noch und darfst die Welt erleben!), mach die unangenehmste Aufgabe als erstes mit der Wochenendenergie (restliche Woche wird sicher entspannt 😜), mach den Montag zum Lieferdienst- oder Restaurantabend,... Es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten. *Was machst du generell in der Zeit zwischen 23 und 2 Uhr, während du NICHT schlafen gehst um morgens fit zu sein? TV? Handy daddeln? Würdest du diese Tätigkeit vermissen wenn du sie bleiben ließest? Würde irgendein Erfolg oder Fortschritt dann ausbleiben? Fehlt dir dann Zeit, um genau WAS damit anzufangen?! Definiere das WAS und reflektiere ob es wirklich so wichtig ist. Oder zögerst du nur heraus, dass der Freizeitteil deines Tages schon wieder rum ist und du wieder aufstehen und auf die Arbeit musst? Sunday dinner: roasted wild king Salmon with potato and fennel purée. I am very particular about salmon, the only salmon I like are Coho and king Salmon. So we only eat them when they are in season. When your #enchilada game is so strong, even Dexter wants some! . Made these with all of the #leftovers in my fridge! . #diy with literally whatever you have in plus half a can of chopped tomatoes (you’d be lying if you told me you didn’t haven’t one of those in the back of your cupboard somewhere!) . My recipe: - pulled chicken - butternut squash - black beans - halloumi (diced small) . - pan fry, add the tomatoes, add 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp chilli flakes and a tsp of balsamic vinegar... finish with S&P and wrap in a mini tortilla. . - use any leftover sauce to top the enchiladas plus a sprinkle of reduced fat mozzarella for that melty goodness! . Top with parsley, photograph for 10 minutes and then #eeeeeats lukewarm 😉

It's time for belarussian traditional meal. Yummy potato pancakes - draniki!🍪 Ingredients: Potato 150g 1 egg 1 red onion rye flour 1 tbsp (you can use any flour, but this will increase the calorie content of the dish) Salt Oil for frying Sour cream for serving Instructions: 1. Peel potatoes. Grate them with a hand grater or food processor, also grate onion. 2. Add the egg, flour and salt. Mix the ingredients. 3. Add olive oil to the pan. Put a tablespoon of the mixture into a hot pan and gently flatten and shape each into a pancake. 4. Fry until golden brown on both sides. 5.
