Nacho ordinary snack! This weekend I had a girls night! Having people over to me os the same thing as overloding them with food. I decided to make this nacho ovendish with tomato sauce and cheese! . . . For the tomato sauce: 1. Fry 1 onion with 1 clove of garlic and a red paprika. 2. Add 1 canned tomato and 1 can of red beans. Season with Mexican herbs! 3. Let it simmer for 7 minutes. . For the ovendish: 1. Put the nachos in the ovendish and leave a circle open in the middle. This is where you now pour the tomato sauce. 2. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese, spring onions and cherry tomatoes! 3. Enjoy! TIP: this is also very good with some guacamole and sour cream. Green veg + pesto tarts ♻️💚🌿 Leftovers inspired once again ✅ ⏹️Cooked broccoli, petis pois and white cabbage (variations of green veg leftovers would work) x1 cup approx. ⏹️x1 heaped tsp of pesto - usually the cheese isn't vegetarian in jars, so typically make my own but this is something I bought from @aldiuk for hub as he prefers vegan options. It's salt level was v low per 100g, made with tofu and I have to say that it was really superb and happy with salt level as this made 18 tarts. ⏹️Leftover ready rolled puff pastry, I rolled it thinner and cut with a small drinking glass just slightly bigger for my mini muffin tray. ---- Method: Blitz veg and pesto in a mini chopper. Spoon into pastry, top with mozzarella and bake according to pastry pack instructions/ until golden. --- Result: MEGA hit, got the 'ummmumum' soundtrack and kicking legs when Xander particularly enjoys something. Perfect on packed lunches for the next couple of days and froze a few too.

Když je ta dýňová sezóna, tak bych začala receptem na asi nejjednodušší dýňovou polévku. Já vegan nejsem, ale můžu s ní pohostit i mého bráchu vegana :) Stačí pouze - 1 menší dýně ( použila jsem klasiku Hokaido) - 2 PL Červené kari pasty - 1/2 plechovky kokosového mléka - 1/2 litr vody - Sůl - Na ozdobu jsem pouzila koriandr, chilli papričky a jarni cibulku Postup: na 2 PL červené kari pasty (dle chuti muze byt i vic) osmahnu neloupanou Hokaido dýni, zaliju vodou a vařím zhruba 15 minut na středním plameni, čas se může lišit podle toho jak jsou velké kousky dýně. Když je dýně měkká, přidám kokosové mléko a tyčovým mixérem rozmixuji do hladka. Dosolím dle chuti. Fancy making some Lemon and coconut Bliss balls?😋 I’ve got the Perfect little treat for when your wanting something sweet, that’s not riddled with any of the nasties that so many of the shop bought muesli bars etc are ... They’re Gluten and refined sugar free and of course vegan..and they’re a Fun treat to make with little kids too! Hope you all had a fab weekend 😘 xx . Makes Aprox 20 1 C raw cashews 1/2 C desiccated coconut 5 Medjool dates Zest of 2 lemons Juice from 1/2 lemon 1/2 Tbls Coconut oil 1/2 Tsp Camu camu powder (opt) -high in Vitamin C . Place all ingredients into a food processor and combine.. once combined and sticks when pressed together. Place in a bowl and roll into balls. Next roll in desiccated coconut. Place in airtight container and keep in fridge! Tenía tiempo sin hacerme un pancito de 90 segundos #90secondbread Es low carb y sin gluten 👍🏼 No es que sepa como pan de trigo pero la textura y la función es la misma. La gran ventaja de este pan sobre cualquier otro es la rapidez y facilidad de preparación... Si no lo conocen, aquí les dejo la receta... recuerden que tienen q tostarlo! Para una ración de 2 rebanadas: 🍞 Ingredientes: 1 y 1/2 cda de mantequilla derretida 3 1/2 cdas de harina de almendras 1/2 cdta polvo de hornear 1 huevo batido 1/4 cdta vainilla (opcional) 🍞 .Mezcla todo muy bien, y coloca en un envase apto para microondas, más o menos de unos 10-12 cm de diámetro; yo uso un envase de sándwich de mis hijos, no importa la forma. Trata de usar siempre vidrio cuando calientes en microondas 😉 .Cocina en el microondas por 90 segundos. .Sácalo y corta a la mitad, formando 2 rebanadas .Tuesta en sartén o en tostadora hasta que esté bien doradito y listo! 🍞 Puedes hacerlo como pan con ajo, o para sándwich, o como yo, solito con mantequilla para darme un gusto de “pan” • Nota: Puedes sustituir la harina de almendras por 2 cdas de harina de coco • 🍞 Puedes también hacer una versión dulce agregando más vainilla, canela y uvas pasas picaditas y un toque de miel o tu endulzante preferido, claro así ya no es tan low carb 😉 pero todo depende de tus propios parámetros. Una rebanada de esta versión dulce con un poco de queso crema o mantequilla de almendras es buen complemento a un desayuno alto en proteína, tipo huevos y jamón o salmón... (AD) In my opinion, roasting potatoes is the best way to cook them. Those crispy skins and fluffy insides are what comfort food should be about. We like to keep the seasonings simple, but still make sure the have an impact. We use @Schwartz.uk oregano and garlic granules and then a little salt and pepper with some olive oil. The perfect side dish. Par boil chunks of potato and then mix with the oil and seasoning and roast for 40 minutes until the skin is nice and crispy. Something a little different to serve with your Sunday roast. The Schwartz oregano really is the star flavour here and with their re-designed jars they are the star of our kitchen too. They have a re-designed shape which means you can easily fit a tsp inside and the jars can stack on top of each other in your cupboard - perfect if you have limited kitchen space.
