Vegan quinoa protein porridge ✅ So. I lay in bed this morning feeling hungry and I did the ‘what-does-my-tummy-feel-like’ test that my daughter taught me 😋 instinctively listening to your body and what it needs / wants ✅✅ No shoulda or musts allowed! 😄 Decided I wanted quinoa flake porridge with hemp protein powder and coconut 🥥 🍌 Take 1 cup dairy free milk Bring it to boil 🍌 I added frozen banana to the pan for sweetness and a pinch of salt. 🍌remove pan from hob once milk boils and add 1/3 cup quinoa flakes, stir and leave for 3 minutes. 🍌stir through 1tbsp hemp protein powder 🍌place in a bowl and top with toasted coconut and more banana or customise according to what your tummy needs 😄😄👍🏻 Enjoy...it’s delicious! Home made granola is pretty quick & easy to make and perfect with a scoop of coconut yogurt and a handful of frozen raspberries! Mmmmm breakfast (or dessert) . One of the easiest to digest snacks I have come across is quinoa flakes cooked in almond milk. I’ve been feeling a bit wiped out today after some really horrific period pain on Sunday. Cinnamon apple quinoa flakes for breakfast. First time trying quinoa flakes, I really liked them because they cook in about 5-8min. I used 1 cup of water and 1/3 cup quinoa flakes cooked on medium low. Then added diced apples, cinnamon, chia seeds, flax seeds and hemp seeds. My favorite combo in TWO forms this morning. @iheartkeenwah toasted quinoa flakes instead of oats and a piece of @angelicbakehouse 7 whole grains bread! I really like the quinoa because it got super thick, and was a smooth creamy consistency! If you don’t love oats, definitely give quinoa a try!!

Chocolate quinoa porridge 🍫🍓😍 {Advertising/Werbung} @fit._.and._.free sent my a huge package of their vegan/sugar free/gluten-free food to try. First I made this porridge. It’s a premade mix of oats, quinoa flakes, raw cacao and coconut flakes you just have to mix with water or plantbased milk. I chose oat milk, extra flaxseeds, hemp hearts, raspberries, almond butter and cacao nibs, dried white strawberries (😱 did you know those exist?!) and goji berries, last three also from my food present. Very quick and easy to make! Afterwards I threw it in a container and atm I‘m eating it #atwork, first bite of food today. So good!
