Random bowls are always the best. 😂🤷‍♀️ Who’s with me? 🙋‍♀️ This bowl were just something quick and easy. Simply just lettuce, tomato, and some “porridge” made from quinoa flakes, raisins, banana, pear, and topped with walnuts for some crunch. Weird, but it still tasted really good. That porridge thing legit my new obsession, you HAVE to try it. You could probably make it with oatmeal or something similar too. 🙂 If you try it, tell my how you like it xD

Quinoa Flakes! It’s only my second time cooking with them, but they make a delicious, filling, and QUICK breakfast porridge. Seriously, these cook in about 90 seconds. To make this pear-raisin porridge: Add 1/3 cup quinoa flakes to 1 cup boiling almond milk. Sprinkle in a lot of cinnamon and stir for about 90 seconds. Add in a handful of raisins, top with a chopped pear, a drizzle of maple syrup, and more cinnamon, because can you really ever have enough? This breakfast was giving me ALL the fall vibes this morning! Happy Saturday!
