Still can’t use a pan so today’s lunch of mushrooms, tomatoes, wholemeal thin and poached eggs made using one of those microwave poachers. Eggs are overdone, but otherwise lovely for just 3SP. Shout out to all the plants growing through concrete! We’ve all seen a persistent plant emerging through cracks in the concrete. It reaches towards the light, under what seems to be insurmountable obstacles. When I spotted this plant, I had to stop for a moment to admire its beauty, its great strength, and its persistence. In this seemingly delicate bloom, I could see power, determination, a will to grow, and not give up. I could also see countless faces of people that are like this plant. You, so many of you. Like this plant, we too will face challenges. We may struggle, and we may feel as though we are growing through concrete. But like this plant, let us persist. Keep moving upward, and do not give up. Went to get my stitches out this morning, and decided to power walk the mile or so from the Healthport to my friends for a lift home. Quick Tips For Back Pain The number one complaint I hear is lower back pain! But I bet you didn’t know adding in 1 Min of wall sits a day to your routine can help decompress your back and decrease back pain. Aim to have a 90 degree angle at your knees and most importantly tuck your hips under! You should be able to slide your hand on the wall. Start with 30 seconds and work yourself up. Plus they will give you great looking legs!

There's at least a 20-25lb difference here. To some that's not a lot to most, but to me it's a start. I remember wearing that thin Reebok hoodie in March and thinking "Boy, this is a bit snug..." but I wore it anyway. I didn't touch it after that. For my anniversary this month, my husband and I went to Zion. I decided to throw this is my bag. I put it on the morning of our hike and was so shocked at the way it fit. I wasn't expecting it to actually FIT. Lol. This is one of those NONSCALE VICTORIES!

This morning, my lovely husband drove me to @r.a.w.fit_ness to take part in R.A.W.4 - a 6 week programme where we have been put into groups, to set goals and smash them. My goal is to drop another dress size by Christmas for that special frock 👗. I’ve just been sleeping and eating recently as I recover so it has refocused my mindset to get back on plan even before I can get back to my ww class, and to move more and I feel great! I even managed a short lower body workout! I aim to walk (and maybe jog) as much as possible until I’m fit enough to drive to use the cardio equipment in the gym. I also want to include a bit of lower body work, and I’ll find out on Tuesday which exercises I should be doing to build up my shoulder and arm strength again post-op. Good luck to all the @r.a.w.fit_ness fitties taking part.
