RAW CURRY CARROT SOUP! 🥕😍 This turned out so well, it’s one of my favorite dinners since going raw. When eating raw, you’re not doomed to eat cold food all winter, you can have things room temperature and even warm. This soup was perfect since it just turned frigid here in NJ. 🌬❄️ The recipe was super easy, I used a Vitamix to warm it up, if you don’t have one, you could always put it covered in the dehydrator for a little. (PS. You can get a refurbished Vitamix for $250 right now on their website) 🙌🏼 This recipe was inspired by @tannyraw 💓 RECIPE: 3 pitted khadrawy dates 2 cups carrots (peeled) 2.5 heirloom tomatoes 1 large lemon (just the juice) 3 stalks celery 1 scallion 2 tbsp raw tahini 1 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp curry powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp coconut aminos 1 pinch red pepper flakes 1 pinch black pepper Blend all ingredients in Vitamix until warm to touch (no warmer than 115 degrees if you have a thermometer). Top with slices of the other half of the tomato, sprouts, and sprinkle some thyme (parsley or oregano would be good too!) on top. 🍅🌱 Start small with your spices, if you taste it and think it could use more curry or pepper, then add little pinches more until it tastes right, spices are much stronger in raw food than cooked, go slow. 🌶 For my water I used leftover soaking water from soaking the dates and sun-dried tomatoes for my chili the night before, always save your leftovers to incorporate into future recipes! 👏🏼 If you make this please let me know what you thought and tag me. 😽

🙌🏻🌿RAW vegan Pad Thai recipe🌿🙌🏻 Morning Gorgeous! Time for me to give you the complete rundown of this Pad Thai dressing that has transformed my veggie-consumption from level 2 to level 300: 🥜(chunky) Peanut butter 🍁Tamari & lime juice 🥜Red Thai Curry Paste (optional!) 🍁Ginger, finely chopped/minced 🥜Spring onion 🍁Fresh chili 🌶 finely chopped 🥜Red bell pepper 🍁Carrot spirals 🥜Tomatoes 🍁Tofu, cubed (optional!) 1. Mix the first three ingredients. Ratio depends on how YOU like it. Don’t be afraid to experiment, bc that’s how you make your life YOURS and not the copy of somebody else’s, which isn’t meant for you/won’t appeal to your liking anyway (yes, deep freedom philosophy definitely applies to the things you are consuming, make it perfect for YOU) ☺️ 2. Add in EVERYTHING else you can think of that you want to marinate in the peanut-y goodness. Just think; will it get mushy by sitting there overnight? Is that what I want? 3. Let marinate in the fridge overnight (or however long you can contain yourself for 😜). 4. Add ANY other fresh vegetables to the mix. I ALWAYS add zoodles and extra lettuce. I once also added frozen & re-thawed pumpkin (which was AMAZING in combination with the peanut flavor 😍🤤), but you could also add cucumber, avocado, red cabbage (which would probably be best to marinate tbh) and what not. 5. Last but very vital step: Dig iiiiiiin! You will sure as hell not regret making this!! 🍂🧡🌶🙏🏻

Время, когда надоевшие всем кабачки плавно перетекают в тыквы разных форм и цветов. ⠀ Поскольку по моему вчерашнему пряному тыквенному супу в сторис было очень много запросов на рецепт, я сделала вывод, что у всех лежат "вскрытые" тыквы, которые надо спасать! Итак, под девизом: "Беги, тыква, беги!" Панда делится с вами суперрецептом и секретом, как сохранить максимум полезного в таком супе! ⠀ Благодарю тебя за твой щедрый ❤ ⠀ Польза: 💚 Витаминный и минеральный состав: калий, магний, фосфор, кальций, особое ваше внимание обращаю на витамины: РР, В1, В2 и В12 и большое количество бета-каротина (витамина А), который стоит на страже нашего организма и защищает его от иноземных захватчиков: вредных веществ, токсинов, свободных радикалов. 💚 Пареная тыква работает на благо сосудов и сердца благодаря большому количеству калия. Она также обладает слабым мочегонным действием, что благоприятно при повышенном давлении и отеках. 💚 Тыква идеальная для  мягкого очищения кишечника, поскольку ее мякоть содержит большое количество пектина, который впитывает и выводит различные токсины и радионуклиды. ⠀ Рецепт: Тыква - 500 гр. Картофель - 4 небольших Лук репчатый- 1 средний Морковь - 2 средних Корень петрушки - 1 средний Лук порей - 1 средний стебель Чеснок - 2 крупных зубца Корень имбиря - 3 см. Кукуруза (можно замороженную) - 300 гр. Соль, перец - по вкусу Копченая паприка и тыквенные семечки- в готовую порцию по вкусу ⠀ Тыкву, картофель, морковь, лук репчатый, корень петрушки почистить и нарезать на мелкие куски. Поместить в пароварку вместе с кукурузой на 30 мин. Нарезать кольцами стебель лука порея, натереть корень имбиря и чеснок на терке и пассеровать 10 минут на слабом огне с маленьким количеством воды.
