Coquinas salteadas 1️⃣coquinas 2️⃣ajo 3️⃣perejil 4️⃣pimienta 5️⃣AOVE 6️⃣ralladura de limón Poco hay que explicar de este producto, simplemente salteadas en la sartén quedan genial, Aunque yo os propongo picar un poco de ajo y sofreír con un poco de AOVE, añadir las coquinas, tapar y dejar que se abran... una vez abiertas espolvorea un poco de pimienta, perejil, y ralladura de limón.

Ending the week with a little mint and matcha chia creation because how can you not enjoy something that comes in a green bowl?😉 Personally I love chia puddings but I know quite a few people don’t because they either find the texture strange or they think there’s not taste to them. For the first, you can try blending the pudding so it has more of a smoother mousse texture. For the second, start with your base. Make sure to use milk as a liquid and not just water (coconut, almond, hazelnut are my faves but literally anything you like); if you like spices, add cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, anise, all spice to add sweetness and flavour or simply add a bit of vanilla extract. Then if you know the sweetness of just a milk and spices/vanilla is not enough, add your preferred liquid sweetener to taste. You could also blend the milk first with dates or banana or berries to make a “flavoured” milk. Almost forgot, if you are a chocolate lover, add some cacao powder in the liquid base, especially with hazelnut milk is just😋Next, pour your chia seeds in and let it set. To make it even creamier, I like to add a few spoonfuls of yogurt or nut/seed butter. It adds an extra level of creaminess and fluffiness plus flavour. I kept it simple here but don’t forget your toppings that bring taste and texture. Think cacao nibs, coconut chips, berries, fruit, dried mulberries, raisins, granola, anything you like!🤩 For this one, I mixed 1 C of @plenishdrinks coconut milk, 1/4 C of chia seeds 1/2 tsp of vanilla 1/2 tsp of cinnamon pinch of cardamom 1 T of @formnutrition vanilla plant based protein powder 1 tsp of @taikiteamatcha a couple of drops of mint essential oil Stir together and leave it in the fridge overnight or just for a couple of hours. When ready to eat, I stirred in about 2 tbsp @coyo_uk vanilla coconut yogurt and sprinkled with @therawchocolatecompany cacao nibs.😍 Happy Friday!💚#sweetnutrition

okay not the best photo (i was really hungry 🙈), but i totally outdid myself tonight. i cracked open the @instantpotofficial we got for christmas and decided to make shredded chicken! with that, along came burrito bowls for dinner 😍 instant pot recipe: 2 organic air chilled chicken breasts 1 cup water 1/4 cup bone broth (i used @bonafideprovisions) pink salt + pepper 1 tablespoon chili powder 1 teaspoon garlic (minced or powder) 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon paprika . instructions: put valve on sealing mode. put lid on and secure tightly. press meat setting on front of pot for 8 minutes. after 8 minutes is through, let stand by for another 20 minutes. THEN remove lid, and shred chicken breasts with 2 forks in pot. it so dang good! serve, eat, and enjoy! ✨ btw, the @sietefoods chipotle hot sauce MADE this dish. ✨SWEET POTATO CHIPS✨ ✔️sin freír ✔️paleo & vegan friendly Uno de mis aportes de carbohidratos favoritos son estos chips al horno de boniato😋. A penas llevan grasa porque están cocinados con tan solo una cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen extra👏🏻. . . 💫Para que me queden más crujientes utilizo una bandeja de horno con agujeros que compré de @aldi.es que permite que se hagan bien también por debajo y la forro con papel vegetal. 💫Otro punto clave a la hora de que queden crujientes es que tras lavar y cortar el boniato deben secarse muy bien. Para eso las dejo sobre un paño de cocina unos minutos para eliminar todo el agua que puedan tener. . . 👩🏻‍🍳Una vez secos los chips, los coloco en un bol y añado para un boniato mediano ✔️una cucharada de AOVE, ✔️pimentón picante, ✔️ cúrcuma, ✔️ajo en polvo, ✔️hierbas provenzales y un poquito de ✔️sal. Si no te gusta el sabor tan picante puedes cambiar el pimentón picante por dulce, o mezclar ambos. Remueve bien las especias para que se adhieran a los chips de boniato 🍠 y colócalos sobre la bandeja de manera que no se cubran unos con otros. Introduce en el horno unos 40 minutos a 200 grados de temperatura con calor 🔥 arriba y abajo. . . 💫Los chips yo los suelo cortar tipo patatas fritas pero también lo puedes hacer en rodajas y quedan genial. . . ¿Eres más de patata 🥔 o de boniato 🍠 ? A mi ambas me encantan pero quizás el sabor dulce del boniato sea el que haga que me decante más por el...además de que puedo incluirlo en recetas dulces también y eso es un puntazo 🤗. . . Salmon w/Shrimp & Scallops in Cream Sauce!! So Damn Good!! Wow!🤗 I used Salmon without the Skin. Purchased just a few Prawns & Scallops, enough for 2. Rub Seafood with Avocado Oil & Season w/ Trader Joe’s Onion Salt. Brown Salmon in Butter or Ghee, let it form a browned crust before you turn it. Brown Shrimp & Scallops in Butter in a separate skillet, then deglaze pan with about 1/4 cup Chicken Broth. Carefully scrap up all that “yumminess”😋 simmer just a minute or so then add 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, (or can Coconut Milk) simmer a minute, adjust Seasonings. Serve Shrimp & Scallops Over Salmon. Been super busy with work and exam prep this week so it’s been quick and easy meals all the way . Last nights dinner was @naturisorganicbreads buckwheat toast, topped with avocado, fried egg, micro greens, a big handful of spinach (not pictured) and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Haaaaappy Fridaaaay!! 🙌 Man it is freezing! I can't tell you how hard it was to get out of bed this morning! Jist wanted to stay warm and cosy! This toast though...it is motivation in itself! Just love an @coyo_uk yog toast topped with berries and granola! 😍 Having a quick 30 minute blast work out after work and then my friends birthday shinanigans begin! Have lovely day's! 😘✌

I now think of the years I spent sick and unable to move as a blessing. ⁣ ⁣ It is a blessing because I had to learn how to heal myself. And now that I know that a nutrient rich diet is the key to both healing and prevention of sickness, I feel confident that I am going to live the rest of my life in a happy, healthy state. ⁣ ⁣ Some people think that it is restrictive to focus on health all of the time. But I don't feel deprived at all.
