¡¡Al rico bizcocho de chocolate!! Madremia lo poco que duran en casa estas cosas. De aquí a nada me veo cocinando de modo industrial, pero la verdad es que me encanta, disfruto haciendo cositas y que mi marido se vuelva loco de ilusión con cada receta nueva que invento. Asi que seguiré con ello😊. . Este bizcocho no tiene nada de especial, es sencillito: . •100gr harina avena chocolate. •30gr proteina chocolate. •edulcorante líquido. •1/2 sobre levadura. •3 claras (punto de nieve). •1 cdta cacao desgrasado. • 30gr chocolate sin azúcar derretido. •40gr leche de almendras (o la quw useis). . Se mezcla todo menos las claras, que una vez lo tengais todo bien mezclado, se can añadiendo poco a poco de forma envolvente. . Al horno 25 min a 180C (controlar el tiempo, que depende del horno). . . Store-bought and major brand face creams are full of nasty chemicals and toxins. Parabens, Fragrances, Synthetic Colors, Toluene and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate/SLS, just to name a few. These lead to so many complications including hormone imbalances and even cancer. To check just enter the ingredient into the EWG (https://www.ewg.org/skindeep) website or app and you will find the health rating and major health concerns. Why not try and make your own, like this recipe from www.robinskey.com. It’s good for you and by using reusable glass containers, it’s good for the planet too. If you don’t have the time look for the healthier organic versions, just check the ingredients. Just because it’s in a health shop does not make it healthy. Recipe 6 Tbsp Almond oil ¼ cup Cacao butter 3 Tbsp Shea butter 2 Tbsp Coconut oil 1 Tbsp Beeswax 2/3 cup Floral water, aka Hydrosol (Sandalwood) 1/3 cup Aloe vera gel ½ tsp Vitamin E oil (14,000 ui) 1 tsp Vanilla extract 10 drops of Essential oils Sterilize the jars that you will store your cream in, in boiling water. I reused jars and so this was necessary. If you use new jars they will come pre-sterilized. While containers are sterilizing, melt cacao butter, shea butter, coconut oil and beeswax all together in a double boiler, or in a bowl over a pot of hot water. Meanwhile, mix the floral water (hydrosol) and aloe vera gel in a bowl. After oils are melted allow them to cool slightly and then add to blender along with the almond oil and blend. Slow down blending and stream in the hydrosol and aloe vera in the top of the blender jar while still blending. Blend for a few minutes until cream becomes thick and fluffy.  Add the essential oils, vitamin E and vanilla and blend until they are mixed in completely. Dry sterilized jars and then pour cream into jars. Put caps on jars and store any cream that you will not be using within the next month into the fridge. INGREDIENTS 250 grams PnP butter 1 PnP onion, finely diced 250 ml flour 500 ml full-cream milk 500 ml fish stock 30 ml English mustard powder 1 dash salt and milled pepper 2 kilograms hake, or other sustainable white fish, deboned and cut into large cubes 30 ml PnP chopped parsley 6 sheets PnP phyllo pastry 30 ml PnP butter, melted . METHOD 1. Melt butter jn a large pot over a low heat. 2. Add onion, cover & sweat for 4 minutes until soft 3. Add flour and stir over a medium heat for 3 minutes 4. Whisk in milk and stock and add mustard 5. Simmer until thickened 6. Season and add fish 7. Cook for 13 minutes until fish is opaque and firm 8. Remove half the fish, cool and freeze 9. Stir parsley into remaining hake thermidor 10. Preheat oven to 180 C 11. Spoon fish into an overproof dish 12. Top with phyllo pastry 13. Brush with melted butter and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until phyllo is golden and crispy 13. Lemon Chili Black Spaghetti . 150g black Spaghetti (or regular) 1 tbs butter 1 tbs olive oil 1 lemon, juice & zest 1 red chili, chopped 1/4 white onion, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano, grated Salt & black pepper . Cook the pasta in salted water as instructed in its pack. In a pan, put the olive oil and onions and sweat for couple of minutes until it softened. Add the chili and garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Pour in the lemon juice and about 1/2 cup of the pasta water and stir for couple of minutes and season with salt & pepper. Add the butter and grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens. Add the cooked pasta and stir, add more pasta water and cheese if needed. Dificultad😅😅😅 3/5 - 🕑30 minutos - Ingredientes: 1 calabacín. 3 latas de atún en aceite. 3 huevos. 1/2 cebolla. 1 vaso pequeño de leche evaporada Sazonador de oregano. Queso mozarella rallado. Sal y pimienta. - Elaboración: lavar los calabacines, y cortarlos en rodajas finas. Mejor con mandolina. Sazonar con el sazonador de oregano y esperar 15 minutos a que pierdan parte de su agua. Extender en una fuente y poner al microondas, 4 minutos. Después, picar y pochar la cebolla (también en el micro) 4 minutos. Mientras, batir los huevos y la leche evaporada en un bowl, añadir el atún (escurrir el aceite), la cebolla pochada, y el queso mozarella. Salpimentar y añadir el orégano. En una fuente de Quiche colocar las rodajas de calabacin cubriendo todo el fondo y las paredes.verter una parte del preparado colocar otras rodajas, procurando que sobresalga del relleno. Otra capa concentrica. Más relleno, y hacer una pequeña flor en el centro con las rodajas. Meter al horno 25 minutos aprox. In a world that’s telling you what you should eat less of, focus on what you should be eating MORE of. This #recipe fits the bill for both but it definitely tastes more like pudding 😊👌🏻 #win . . 🍨 YOU WILL NEED: . 1) 1 ripe Pink Lady apple 2) 1 tub @coconutcollaborative vanilla coconut yoghurt (or almond yoghurt) 3) 1.5 teaspoons almond butter for drizzling 4) 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon . . 🍨 METHOD: . 1) Place a little boiled water in the bottom of a pot and bring to the boil 2) Slice your Apple into wedges 3) Put your Apple wedges into the pot and chuck in a load of cinnamon, stir 4) Place the pot lid half off, half on and let the apples stew away until they are really soft when poked with a fork 5) Place your yoghurt in a bowl, apples on top and drizzle with a little almond butter (not pictured as I was too busy eating it out the jar 😝😋) . . Ardından suyu ilave ederek bir süre daha çırpın. Elenmiş unu azar azar harca ilave edip spatula yardımıyla karıştırmaya başlayın. Hafif akışkan bir krep hamuru elde edin. Koyu kıvamlı olmamasına özen gösterin ve unu kıvamına göre ilave edin. Homojen ve akışkan kıvamlı bir hamur olduğunda daha fazla un ilave etmeyin. Ardından tuz ve şekerini de ekleyerek çırpmaya devam edin. Hazırladığınız krep hamurunun üzerini streç filmle sarın ve 10 dakika kadar buzdolabında dinlendirin. Tavanızı yağlayın ve ısıtın. Hamurunuzu dolaptan alıp biraz çırpın. Kepçe yardımıyla hamurdan bir miktar alın ve tavaya aktarın. Tavanızı döndürerek harcın her yere yayılmasını sağlayın ve orta ateşte bir yüzünü güzelce pişirin. Ardından diğer yüzünü çevirerek pişirin. Tüm harcı bu şekilde pişirin ve dilediğiniz malzemelerle servis edin. Cook eggplant, turning, for 15 to 20 minutes or until eggplant is tender and skin is charred. Transfer to a plate. Set aside for 20 minutes to cool. 2. Reserve 2 tablespoons lentils. Peel skin from eggplant and discard. Place eggplant in a food processor. Add remaining lentils, lemon juice, parsley, oil, salt, garlic and 1⁄2 of the sumac.
