Está el paso a paso en historias pero también les hice un videíto 💕💕 Deslicen para verlo, está en dos partes! . ⏩Qué necesitas?: . ✔️5 Cucharadas de Azúcar para el caramelo . ✔️1 Cucharada de jugo de limón . ✔️1 Cucharadita de Manteca . ✔️1 Pera grande (o 2 chicas o 3 minis 🤣) . ✔️2 Huevos . ✔️150 gr. de Azúcar . ✔️1 Cucharadita de Esencia de Vainilla . ✔️4 Cucharadas de Aceite de Oliva . ✔️250 gr. de Harina Leudante . ✔️125 cc de Leche . ⏩ A trabajar!: . ✔️Colocamos el azúcar en la Sartén, junto con el jugo de limón. Tapamos y cocinamos a fuego mínimo hasta lograr un caramelo claro.  Dejamos enfriar el caramelo. . ✔️Enmantecamos los bordes de la Sartén. . ✔️Pelamos las peras y las cortamos en tiritas. Creamy Red Pepper Sauce #recipe I'm loving the combo of cashews and roasted red peppers lately. I modified the cheesy sauce I posted the other day into a spicy, creamy red pepper sauce that is also going to be going into our regular rotation. 1 cup raw cashews 6 small roasted red peppers (jarred ones work well) 6 roasted garlic cloves (I used garlic confit) 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp salt Black pepper 1 cup water Add all to #vitamix except half the red pepper flakes. Once smooth, add the other half of the pepper flakes. I added chopped basil and parsley to steamed peas and mixed it all back in the pot where I cooked the pasta.

What’s your favorite summer dessert? Today’s heat wave certainly felt like summer had made a surprise appearance ☀️ preparing for summer parties and Memorial Day weekend with this delicious recipe! Enjoy 😋 Fudgy Memorial Day Cake Ingredients: ❤️ 1.5 cups melted coconut oil ❤️ 2 cups honey or maple syrup ❤️ 6 eggs ❤️ 3 tsp. Vanilla extract ❤️ 4.5 cups fresh spinach ❤️ 2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder ❤️ 1 cup flax meal ❤️ 1 cup @shakleehq chocolate energizing soy protein ❤️ 1.5 tsp baking powder ❤️ 3/4 tsp salt ❤️ 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips Toppings: Berries and coconut whipped cream Directions: Blend coconut oil, honey, eggs, vanilla extract and spinach until smooth. Transfer into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour batter into a lightly greased dish. (We used a sheet cake baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. Decorate with coconut whipped cream and fresh fruit 🍓

ZUCCHINI FRIES 🍟 🥒 ⁣ ⁣ My dislike for zucchini’s led me to this recipe to find a way to eat more of them and I can gladly say I found a new, crunchier love for them. 🤗⁣ ⁣ 🍃Serves 4 // Macros per serve...⁣ ➖157 Calories ⁣ ➖12g Protein⁣ ➖6g Carbohydrates ⁣ ➖9g Fats ⁣ ⁣ INGREDIENTS 🥄 ⁣ Zucchini Fries 🌿...⁣ ➕ 2 medium zucchini ⁣ ➕ 1 egg ⁣ ➕ 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese ⁣ ➕ 1 tsp garlic powder ⁣ ➕ 1 tsp Italian herbs ⁣ ⁣ Lemon Parsley Aioli (optional)🌿...⁣ ➕ 1/2 cup mayo⁣ ➕ 1 lemon, juiced⁣ ➕ 1 garlic clove, minced ⁣ ➕ 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley ⁣ ➕ salt and pepper ⁣ ⁣ METHOD 💥⁣ 1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 220C/425F and line two baking trays with baking paper.⁣ Slice the zucchini in half, then half again, then into quarters. You should have 16 slices per zucchini.⁣ 2️⃣ Crack the egg in a small bowl and lightly beat it. Add the parmesan and spices to a separate bowl and stir to combine.⁣ 3️⃣ Dip a slice of zucchini in the egg wash and transfer to the parmesan. Use your other hand to coat the zucchini in the cheese and transfer to the baking tray. Repeat this process until all zucchini are coated.⁣ 4️⃣ Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through on the cut side. Just woke up in Narita/Tokyo (sounds better than it actually is because: #jetlagged) and having cravings atm. So here I'm sharing my Soft Baked PB & Choc Cookies with ya!🍪🍪 #recipe 👇🏼 Soft Baked PB & Choc Cookies ( about15 cookies) by @healthypieceofcake In a mixing bowl: *150 grams of spelt flour *75 grams of soft plant-based butter *10 grams of baking powder (no baking soda!) Mix in  blender: *75 grams of pure apple sauce *100 gr smooth Peanut Butter (unsweetened) *Pinch of gray salt *1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract *70 ml Dark Agave syrup Toppings: *70 gr Coarsely chopped chocolate splinters (no dairy) *8 Peanuts coarsely chopped (salted) Method: Stir the mixture from the blender well through the parts in the mixing bowl by hand using a spoon until everything is well mixed and smooth. Preheat oven up to 185 degrees Celsius On a parchment-lined baking sheet roll round cookies using an ice scoop spoon (does not have to be completely full  about 55 gr of dough) and press flat. Bake for 12 ~ 14 minutes or until golden in the middle of the oven.  Remove from the oven and now press gently into the still soft cookies, the chocolate splinters and peanuts evenly distributed over all cookies. Hong Kong styled breakfast🍳☀️macaroni with a rich fresh tomato soup.🍅Perfect soul food to start the day fresh! #茄牛通 #breakfast . . Ingredients: (3 servings) 5 large tomatoes (roughly diced) 3 tbsp tomato paste 2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 shallots (minced) 3 cups chicken stock (beef stock works also) 3 cups water 2 tbsp oil 250g macaroni 200g beef slices Salt to taste . Marinate for beef 2.5 tbsp light soy sauce 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce 3 tsp sugar 1.5 tbsp corn starch . 1. Combine the beef with the marinate, set aside. 2. In a large pot, heat up the oil under medium heat. Add the garlic and shallots and stir for 1 min until it starts to brown. 3. Add the tomatoes. Stir for 5 min until they start to soften. 4. Add the chicken stock and water. Turn the heat to high. Once it starts to boil, lower the heat and let it simmer for 1 hour. 5. In the mean time, cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packaging. 6. Add the marinated beef slices to the stock after 1 hour. Bring the heat up to high and boil it for 3-5 min. 7. Stir in the cooked macaroni. Miren lo que son estas pepas caseras saludables, si sos de comer galletitas dulces, te recomiendo hacerlas vos mismo, regalate algo rico y sano, te lo mereces 😊 🍪Pepas integrales de batata 🍪Ingredientes: Rinde 8 pepas. 150 gr de avena, 150 gr de harina integral, 1 huevo, 1 cda de polvo de hornear, 1 banana, 2 cdas de aceite, ralladura de limón, dulce de batata sin azúcar. 🍪Preparación: Mezclar el huevo, con la banana previamente pisada, el aceite, y la ralladura de limón. Agregar avena, harina integral y el polvo de hornear. Dejar reposar en heladera 10 minutos. Con las manos formar las galletas con la masa, haciendo una esfera y apretando en el medio haciendo un huequito. Colocar sobre una placa para horno previamente rociada con aceite en spray. Colocar un poco de dulce de batata previamente pisado. 🍊 Blood Orange Yogurt Bowl ⏲ Under 5 mins | Serves 1 Loving this season of citrus 😋 This is actually my first time trying blood oranges! 🙊 And I gotta say...man they are DELISH. Plus that rich color 😍 If you haven’t tried them yet, you gotta get on that STAT! 🚨 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👉🏼 Vanilla Skyr Yogurt (@siggisdairy) topped with sliced blood oranges, toasted coconut, sliced almonds, hemp seeds (@manitobaharvest), & Honey Almond Granola (@bearnakedgranola).

🍚 Roasted Veggie Rice Bowl ⏲ Under 20 mins | Serves 2 What do you do when you have a bunch of veggies to use up❓You cook em up & throw them in with some fried rice! 🤤 This was literally SUCH an easy & perfect meal to make. I was able to use up all the extra veggies 🍆 in my fridge & make a delicious meal with the new Chickpea Rice from Banza (which is such a game changer btw! 😍). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Recipe📝 ▫️1 bag Chickpea Rice (@eatbanza) ▫️2 Pasture Raised Eggs (@vitalfarms) ▫️1/2 small Eggplant, cubed ▫️1/4 small Onion, chopped ▫️1/4 Green Bellpepper, chopped ▫️1/2 Carrot, sliced ▫️1/2 Jalapeño, chopped ▫️2 cloves Garlic, minced ▫️2 tsp Ginger, minced ▫️Organic EVOO (@heb) ▫️Sesame Oil (@kikkomanusa) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Start off by cooking your rice per the package instructions. Rinse in a coriander once cooked. Only takes 5-7 mins! 😱 Once cooked, add to a pan. Create a hole in the middle & add in your two eggs. Whisk them in the middle to evenly mix the yolk & whites. Then as they start to cook, slowly start mixing it into the rice until all is evenly mixed. Set aside. Prep all your veggies & then add some EVOO & Sesame Oil to the same pan. Add all the veggies & cook for roughly 6 mins. Then add in the fried rice & mix everything together. 🍠 Sweet Potato Mini Waffles ⏲ 15 mins Prep Time | Yields 10 Mini Waffles I may be in Dallas this weekend but I really wish I had brought my little waffle iron so I could have made these delicious SP Waffles 😍 Reminiscing about these waffles as I choose from the plethora of bread for breakfast today 😅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wet Ingredients- ▫️1/2 medium Sweet Potato ▫️2 Dates ▫️2 tbsp Coconut Oil (@vitacoco) ▫️2 Eggs (@vitalfarms) ▫️1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk) ▫️1 tsp Vanilla Extract ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dry Ingredients- ▫️1 cup Almond Flour (@bobsredmill) ▫️1/2 tbsp Baking Powder ▫️1 tsp Baking Soda ▫️Pinch of Salt ▫️1/2 tsp Cinnamon ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Almond Butter Drizzle- ▫️1 1/2 tbsp Almond Butter (@justins) ▫️2 tbsp Maple Syrup ▫️2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (@silk) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Poke holes in the sweet potato & roast for 45 mins at 425°. Chop the dates in a food processor for a few mins. This will make blending the other wet ingredients together easier. Then add in the remaining wet ingredients. Scrape out the sweet potato from the skin. In a mixing bowl, pour out the wet mixture & add in all the dry ingredients. Fold everything in together. Make sure there aren’t any lumps. Heat up your waffle iron (I use my mini waffle iron from @unprocessyourfood). Spray it with some olive oil. Scoop out the mixture & cook it in the iron accordingly. Top waffles with plain Greek yogurt (@siggisdairy), pecans, walnuts, maple syrup, & almond butter drizzle (just mix all the ingredients together). 🥗 Protein-Packed Veggie Bowl ⏲ Under 20 mins | Serves 1 This is one of my favorite post-workout meals 😍 I’ve got my healthy protein, fats, & carbs!👊🏼 And this is the perfect meal prep meal because you can just roast all your veggies in one day & then throw them together in a salad whenever 🙌🏼 Super effortless & just what you need after a grueling workout 🏋🏽‍♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deets👇🏼 ▫️Roasted Cauliflower & Sweet Potato (seasoned with EVOO, Turmeric, Smoked Paprika, Cumin, S&P) ▫️Roasted Brussels Sprouts (seasoned with Honey & Balsamic Vinaigrette) ▫️1/2 Avocado, sliced ▫️1 Sunny-Side Up Egg (@vitalfarms) ▫️Spicy Sriracha Protein Chips (@iwonorganics) ▫️Baby Spinach ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preheat oven to 425°. Prep all your veggies. Cut the cauliflower from the stems, half the Brussels sprouts, & chop your sweet potato. Then mix in the seasonings & roast in the oven for 15-20 mins. 👉🏼 Salad bowl put together with a bed of baby spinach topped roasted veggies, an egg, sliced avocado, & protein chips (sooo tasty btw & made from peas!!). 🥥 Chocho & Coconut Bliss Balls ⏲ Under 10 mins | Yields 15 Mini-Balls Have you heard of Chocho!? If not, you are missing out! Chocho Protein Powder is a clean, nutrient dense protein source & SUCH an amazing addition to any recipe 🤩 Chocho Powder has a lot more benefits that Almond, Coconut, & Chickpea Flour. 😱 I could snack on these Bliss Babies all day!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deets👇🏼 ▫️1/2 cup Dates (@wholefoods) ▫️1/4 cup Almonds (or your choice of nuts) ▫️1/4 cup Cacao Nibs ▫️1/2 cup Shredded Toasted Coconut ▫️1 tbsp Chocho Powder (@fivesunsfoods) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Start off by blending your dates & almonds in a food processor until evenly chopped. Then add in your cacao nibs, coconut (save some for rolling), & Chocho Powder. Then, use a tbsp measurer to scoop out the batter & roll into small balls. Then roll into your leftover toasted coconut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. They won’t be there for long! 🤤

🥮 Tahini Cauliflower Steaks ⏲ Under 30 mins | Serves 2 Nothing better than some roasted cauliflower steaks 🤤 Add it to a salad, some mashed potatoes, or enjoy just by itself because it’s just THAT good 🤩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Deets👇🏼 ▫️1 head of Cauliflower ▫️3 tbsp Tahini ▫️2 cloves Garlic, minced ▫️2 tbsp Olive Oil ▫️Spices - Salt, Smoked Paprika, & Turmeric ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preheat oven to 450°. Start off by prepping your cauliflower & cutting them into 4 steaks (sometimes it doesn’t work out & you only get 2-3 intact steaks, nothing wrong with that!). Then in a small bowl, add in the remaining ingredients. Use a brush to coat each side of your steaks with the tahini mixture. Microwave for 1 1/2 mins - 2 mins. ♥️ Gooey Sweet Potato Skillet Brownie ⏲ Under 30 mins | Serves 4 Happy #valentinesday to you all! 🥰 Hope you are spending the day with your friends, family, significant other, or some self-love 💕 I will be spending it enjoying this DELICIOUS Sweet Potato Brownie 😍 Like DANG y’all...this is the gooiest brownie I have ever had & I am lovin’ every bite of it 🤩 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Recipe📝 Wet Ingredients: ▫️3/4 Medium Sweet Potato ▫️1 Pastured Brown Egg (@vitalfarms) ▫️1 tsp Vanilla Extract ▫️1 tbsp Honey ▫️1 tbsp Coconut Oil (@vitacoco) ▫️1/4 cup Almond Butter (@maranathanutbutters) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Dry Ingredients: ▫️1/4 cup Cocoa Powder (@hersheys) ▫️1/2 tsp Baking Soda ▫️1 tbsp Almond Flour (@natureseats) ▫️Pinch of Salt ▫️Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (@enjoylifefoods) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Icing: ▫️1/4 Medium Sweet Potato ▫️1 cup Powdered Sugar ▫️1/4 Cocoa Powder ▫️1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract ▫️3-4 drops Red Food Coloring ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Preheat oven to 425°. Add your whole medium sized sweet potato (I like to cut it in half so it’s easier to cook evenly). Roast in the oven for 45 mins. Once the SP is ready, cut 3/4 of it (saving the other 1/4 for the icing). Add to a blender, along with all the other wet ingredients. Blend until there are no lumps (this just helps to easily purée the SP rather than mashing it yourself). Lower the oven to 350°. In a bowl, evenly mix together all your dry ingredients except the chocolate chips. Then mix in the wet ingredients. Lastly, add in as many chocolate chips as you’d like. The batter is now ready! Pour into a 6.5” skillet (or any baking dish) & spread evenly. Cook in the oven for 20-25 mins. This will allow the center to be super moist & gooey 🤤 While that’s cooking, blend all your ingredients for the icing in your blender. Add to a piping bag so it’s ready to go! Once the brownie has cooked, allow it to cool for 15 mins before icing it. I made a heart shape with the icing & sprinkled on some freeze dried raspberries for a pop of color ♥️ Enjoy with some vanilla bean ice cream & eat straight from the skillet! 😋 {Recipe video tutorial in story highlights}

🍞 PB & Raspberry Chia Jelly Toasts ⏲ Under 15 mins | ~1 Mason Jars Worth Today is #galentinesday aka “Ladies Celebrating Ladies” aka “Ovaries over Broveries”. Thank you Leslie Knope 👏🏼 Feeling the love ♥️ with these PB&J toasts for breakfast 😋 Making your own jelly is so easy & so much healthier! Also, Happy #humpday to you all 🐪 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Jammin’ Deets👇🏼 ▫️1 cup Water ▫️1 cup Frozen Raspberries ▫️1 tbsp Chia Seeds ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Then add in your frozen raspberries & stir for about a min or two. Then slowly mash them & break them up. Then add in your chia seeds. Stir them well to ensure there is no clumping. Stir for about 5-10 mins to let the jam thicken & for the chia seeds to expand. Turn off the stove & let it sit for roughly 15 mins before transferring to a jar & into your fridge. 👉🏼 Here I toasted some bread, added a heaping amount of PB (@justins) (is there any other way?), & added in my jam in the shape of hearts 💕. {Recipe video tutorial in story highlights}
