Существует просто огромное количество рецептов приготовления салатов 🥗 с крабовыми палочками. Сегодня хочу поделиться одним из них. Его изюминка - это сыр сулугуни. Крабовый салат с сыром сулугуни. Необходимые ингредиенты: 🔸2 огурца 🔸2 яйца 🔸250 г крабовых палочек 🔸250 г сыра сулугуни 🔸1 зубчик чеснока 🔸1 ч.л. горчицы 🔸3 ст.л. сметаны 🔸соль, перец Способ приготовления: 1️⃣ Яйца 🥚 отварить и нарезать соломкой, крабовые 🦀 палочки, огурцы 🥒 и сыр 🧀 также нарезать брусочками. 2️⃣ Перемешать все ингредиенты со сметаной, пропущенным через пресс чесноком и горчицей. Посолить и поперчить по вкусу. Приятного аппетита!

Its getting cooler outside and I'm looking for comfy warm food. And what could be better than a plate of green soup. I posted video in my stories the other day and I received so many likes. Thank you guys. Here is MY NEWLY CREATED #recipe below. SUPER HEALTHY SOUP THAT WILL KEEP YOU WARM IN ANY COLD WEATHER 😉😊😋 . . Recipe: 3 big potatoes 2 big carrots 2 big broccoli flowers 1 Celery stick 1 small onion 150 g of yogurt 100 g of soft cheese 1 tsp of black pepper 1.5 lt of veggie stock Pinch of salt . Method: Chopped potatoes, carrots, onion and celery, add veggies stock and cooked in till all tender, especially carrots. Meanwhile, prepare your broccoli, chop and add to cooked veggies. Cook for 6 mins. Once it all cooked, get a hand blender and blend until you get a creamy texture. Add yogurt and blend further for 1 minute, then add cheese and blend in till all is smooth. So now were putting our favorite combo- banana + peanut butter + CHOCOLATE, aka CHUNKY MONKEY, in a CAKE. the perfect dessert, and i already see it going great in a yogurt bowl. (plus refined sugar/oil free, gluten free, and dairy free) recipe: 1 1/2 cups of oats 3 tbsp ground flax 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup almond milk 1/4 cup all natural peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 2 mashed medium bananas 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup chocolate chips preheat oven to 350. blend oats, flax, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a blended until its even. add in wet ingredients and fold in chocolate chips. pour in a  loaf pan and top with some more chocolate chips and peanuts. bake for about 35-45 minutes, or until it’s golden. #health #healthyrecipe #yum #food #healthylife #holisticlife #vegan #paleo #protein #carbs #fats #breakfast #lunch #dinner #recipe #sweet #listentoyourbody #glutenfree #chunkymonkey #cake #peanutbutter #banana #chocolatepeanutbutter #bananacake #dessert #glutenfree #oilfree

Desayuno de hoy! Avena con frutas asadas, le da un toque riquísimo 🤤. Arrancas el dia con mucha energía 💪 💯Super saciador y nutritivo Ingredientes: ➡️Avena instantánea 6 cdas ➡️Leche descremada 1 taza ➡️Esencia de vainilla un chorrito ➡️ Canela 1 cdita ➡️Edulcorante 1 sobre ➡️Manzana 1/4 ➡️Pera 1/4 1. En una sarten con una cdita de manteca o aceite neutro agregar la pera y la manzana cortada en cubos chicos, agregarle una pizca de azucar y saltear hasta que ablanden. 2. En una ollita agregar la leche y llevarla a fuego medio. Cuando hierva sacarla del fuego y agregar las cucharadas de avena, revolver. Dejar que absorba bien e incorporar la canela, el edulcorante y la esencia de vainilla, mezclar nuevamente. 5. En un bowl chico colocar la avena y por encima las frutas asadas. 6. Disfrutar 🌼 ➕Super aporte de proteínas de la leche y la avena ➕Aporte de fibra e hidratos complejos de la avena ➕ Vitaminas, minerales y fibra de la fruta ✔️Tanto la fibra como las proteínas nos aportan mucha saciedad, por eso, cuando se busca bajar de peso son ideales.
