You #nfl boys ain't shit For anybody who's been following me and saw how quickly that 315 bench Grew From five or six to damn near 12 on incline or how fast 500 on squats went from a single to almost 10 #reps , just know that if I were to take a good five or six weeks and practice nothing but flat , this would be flying up for an easy 10 reps. It's been at least 3 years since I last touched 4 plates or more on #flatbench press probably just as long since I've done this exercise itself. I was about 20 lbs heavier and hit both 405 x 2 and 440 x 1 on the same day. I'll be the first to admit I remember them counting, even then, but were sloppy and not controlled.
