Tip vid alert 🚨. In this video I will be showing you guys a exercise that’s great for bicep thickness and can also help you get more of a peak in your biceps. This exercise is called the hammer DB concentration curl. This exercise is a old school exercise and a lot of old school bodybuilders did it back in the day. Especially Arnold Schwarzenegger. This was one of his fav bicep exercises. Rep range I suggest doing is 10-12 reps, 3-4sets. Make sure to squeeze at the top of every rep when doing this exercise. Just imagine you’re cracking a walnut like @beastmodejones Says. This works the long head of the biceps. Try this out you guys, lmk what what you think. You’ll love this exercise I guarantee. Tip video alert 🚨. Today I am teaching you guys how to get a stronger deadlifts. These 5 tips will definitely get you better results. First exercise is one of my absolute favs, stiff legs deadlifts. You can either perform this exercise with DB’s or a barbell . I like switching up every other week, 2nd exercise will be donkey cable hip thrust. These are great for the glutes , and you can also perform this exercise with a barbell. 3rd exercise will be barbell wrist cults. This exercise targets the forearm muscles. Having bigger stronger forearms will help with your grip strength, plus , stronger and better hamstrings, glutes and hips will help you with your drive from the floor. 4th exercise will be calve raies(standing style) . Having bigger calves will give your legs more power to pull the weight . Think about it, when you perform a deadlift it starts from the bottom up. And you drive with your legs and hips first, then use your back to lock out. 5th and final exercise which I didn’t record cause honestly I forgot my apologies. But the 5th and final exercise will be rack pulls. Doing rack pulls not only targets your erectors, but will also help you get a bigger upper back. Which can help with the lock out. Tip vid alert 🚨. In this vid I’m showing you guys a great superset that target the lower abs and obliques at the same time. These 2 exercises are called, hanging leg raises and hanging windshield wipers. A lot of people have trouble targeting their abs especially the lower and the obliques. This superset will definitely help you guys out, plus it’s great for the core(transverse abdominus as wel. I recommend doing 10-15 reps 4-5sets of this. For beginners I would start off with a assisted stationary place so you can stabilize your body to get into the grove of this superset and work your way up to building your core strength. Tip video alert 🚨. This exercise right here is called the inner pec press. This exercise is really good for targeting fibers In pecs that you can’t target doing other chest exercises. Plus this will help you develop your chest even more and if you’re cutting it’ll help you get more striations in your pecs. I recommend using this exercise as a burn out after you’re doing with your chest routine. Rep range should be 12-15, and sets should be 3-4. Feels good to be back in the building lol. Anyway I Haven’t done hip thrust in Almost a year so I decided to see what I could do. I tried hitting some PR’s today, but honestly I couldn’t even figure it out πŸ˜…. Ended doing 525 which is in this video you’re watching now 3 times due to people not knowing what they’re doing when it comes to recording lol. Did 525 for 6 twice, 3rd time I did 3 BC my hips got tired. Overall this is the king exercise in my opinion when it comes to building up your glutes. This exercise is what helped me build mine a couple years back. It’s great to see that I still got it. But if I could just figure out what my PR for this is, I’ll fineπŸ˜…. Tip vid #2 to end the day . In this vid I am showing you guys how to do a front squat. This exercise is really good for getting bigger outer quad sweeps and can improve your form on back squats as well. Anyone that knows me, knows I love front squatting and this is my fav leg exercise. Tip video alert 🚨. In this video I am showing you guys how I warm up and loosen your hips before squatting. Also doing these 2 exercises can help you avoid hip problems in the future as well. Anyway, the first exercise is called the hip abductor. Abduction means to go away from you. So you’re basically going to pick a weight that’s comfortable for you, sit and get inside the hip abductor machine and slowly move out the pads with your hips. You can also work the side of the glutes doing this exercise as well. The 2nd exercises you’re in this video is called the hip adductor machine. Adduction is the opposite of abduction, where this time instead of moving the hip outward, you’re moving your hips inward. But same thing, pick a weight that’s comfortable for you, sit inside the machine, and move the pad inward. That way you can work the inner hips, and you’ll also work your inner things as well. Which can help with quad separation when you’re lean. I recommend supersetting these 2 exercises and doing 12-15 rep or 15-20 reps . Whichever you prefer. Do Atleast 3-5sets of these, that way you can make sure your hips are perfectly warm. Lmk what you think you guys, and I guarantee after putting this as you warm up routine before a leg day, you’ll never look back and have hip problems ever again.
