Don’t get caught up with the number you see on the scale!!! There’s more to it than that! We use #inbody to measure for more meaningful metrics: muscle mass, body fat mass, and body fat percentage. Using these you can really determine what is going on when you change your nutrition and training. Having this objective measure really means a lot especially when motivation is low or you “feel” like results aren’t being made. #trusttheprocess 10 weeks on a cut-template from #rpnutrition Down -2.0% body fat Down - 3.8 lbs fat mass Muscle mass was preserved and even went up in earlier weeks. ***Definitely the most food I’ve enjoyed eating, EVER!***

Haven’t considered fish or don’t know how to cook it for dinner? Salmon fillets - frozen to perfectly👌🏻 cooked in 5min thanks to our pressure cooker! Salt, pepper, lemon juice. That’s it! Sides of cilantro 🍚 , Brussel sprouts, and cabbage. Topped with Trader Joe’s eggplant garlic spread. Yes it all fits into our current phase of #rpnutrition 👍🏻

Did I want to post this? No.. Do I feel discouraged by this number? Yes. Will I quit? No! Can’t do that! Won’t do that! I’m almost half way through this 12-week cut before maintenance. All I can look forward to is my after pictures. A number on a scale will not reflect the physical changes we make. Staying positive and trusting the process. I could’ve moved to the Fat Loss 2 this week since I’m so close to the 0.5 average weekly weight loss.. but I will stay in Fat Loss 1 one more week and see how I do.
