I'm getting over the mindset that bread is bad and I'm finding foods that I love and can maintain over a long period of time. I stuck with whole30 for so long because it was a simple methodology. I'm glad my hubs saw the light and suggested we really learn the ins and outs of macros. We are finishing our first week and its flown by.
