In the midst of stressing heavily over exams, it helps to tell myself that one day itll be worth it when I can call myself a DPT. Find your reason, because without your “why”, there is no “how”. Everyone has a WHY. Your WHY is the purpose, cause or belief that inspires you. Knowing your WHY gives you a filter to make choices, at work and at home, that will help you find greater fulfillment in all that you do.

Worked up to 80% for a hang power snatch triple for my “bonus” sets, then finished off with a metcon. 3RFT of 50 double-unders, 15 toes-to-bar, and 10 dumbbell push press. 440x3 squat PR! Little PR but I'm under lots of fatigue atm so lifts haven't been feeling great. Back took over on the third, but nevertheless depth was good and I'm becoming more comfortable without a mirror in front of me.
