Happy Friday Everyone! I cannot even pretend that I am not excited to be done with this crazy week. __________________ I ended up getting a decent lunch run in around the river and what made it even better was the mild weather. It was also great to run into @dadliftsanddonuts . I spotted him from probably 100 meters away and as I got close I was thinking "I know that guy". Hopefully next time we will get a chance to run some together. ______________________ I am opting out of a second run today since I want to save my legs for a longer effort in the morning. Tomorrow should be at least 2 hours of running and possibly more if I am feeling good. Hoping to also get out as early as I can to get started on the longer run. With all the road running I am having to do during the week now, I am def looking forward to the trails.

HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS You knew about all of this and you are okay with it? Now that you are living in the mix you don’t like it? The million dollar question is: Why are you still in it? You do realize that the longer you stay the more of yourself you loose? Your thought process is all screwed up and apparently you’re not thinking once again. You seem to keep going along with everything going on around you as if you’re programmed. Have you lost your mind or are you really that ignorant and naïve? Nothing is adding up around the place and you can feel it. You keep trying to hang around so that you can see what’s going on behind your back thinking that that’s going to fix the problem. You cannot control things when you’re not there so why are you staying? You are stressing and worrying when there is no reason for you to do anything other than let it go and walk away. If you have to really put yourself through all of this to feel safe or make yourself believe things that you know are all lies. It was definitely warmer out today then yesterday. I didn't get out there till 12:30 and it was already 88° out. I was thinking about taking a rest day but I decided to do that tomorrow.
