On this #rainy, #autumn day I've decided to #roast some #butternutsquash with #garlic and #rosemary The difficult part was cutting the squash since it's very hard on the outside. To enchase the autumn taste I added to the roasting pan some star anise and cinnamon. I didn't have grounded cinnamon at home, so I took cinnamon stick and grounded it myself. Then I added some sugar, just 5 minutes before end of the roasting time.
