The inner child. All the wisdom we seek is within. In his final days my father taught me: Never obsessively seek answers, the answer is either irrelevant or you’ve known the answer all along. Tend to your inner child, because that’s the essence of your being. Before going to bed sit in a chair with eyes closed and get into a meditative state. Then walk down memory lane doing what you loved doing most at ages 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14. Stay in each memory for as long as you wish. Enjoy the ride and remember this is who you really are 💕

There is a lot to love about what I do. Coaching women to be the best version they can be. Showing them how to lead healthy lives and love their bodies the way God made them. Does that mean that she should not eat clean and train dirty so she can be a bad ass? Hells no! But it does mean that having "thunder thighs" or Midwestern thighs" is not necessarily a bad thing and they are never gonna have a thigh gap. #thighgapsareforflamingos I get it. I did not always embrace my body the way I do now. Because of that I did not always treat my body well or take care of myself. Self care, clean eating and and working out efficiently is consistently. That is how we do.

Progress is progress. . I’ve always had an insecurity with my thighs. If I say that out loud, people shoot back with “you’re crazy”. Yes, I can be🤪🤦🏼‍♀️ We’re all a little crazy & we all pick out flaws that only we see in ourselves. A mental struggle includes being my own worst critic which makes my journey a daily, conscious effort to shut down the nay-sayers {me💁🏼‍♀️}. Lets begin this new journey with #intermittentfasting ✨ Now that being said it’s not for everyone. I was very skeptical & judge this program while my husband has been on it. Be spoke highly about it but I was so stubborn to listen! If you know anything about me I’m all about balance. It’s been a long time since I went grocery shopping with this guy. It was his idea to get some nectarines, and of course his idea to get some candy too. I also taught him how to weigh the fruit on the scale to find out the real price. I also had him look at the receipt so he could get an idea of how much groceries cost. Basically we a little bit of math at the grocery store. We are going to take advantage of all these life lessons 💵🛒

It's Been a year since I started practicing yoga and I'm glad I did.
