After being off for health reasons I'm jumping back in kind of full force today and attempting a super clean diet (which may be tough with residual stomach issues) starting with what would have been Monday's #upperbody workout #allthearms #shoulders and #back. Went super light weight or no weight today due to some shakiness. Today’s simply but LONG shoulder session... After a long and steady warm up, including plenty of rotator cup work I started this combo off. Started light with 15reps till I got to a 1RM and failed rep at 80kg. Each time super setting with the dumbbell side raise, hitting a minimum of 10reps or until my form went due to fatigue. Get more out of your workouts by opting for standing exercises over seated/laying. You burn more calories by performing exercises standing such as the standing dB press over the seated dB press, as well you recruit more muscle fibers, engage more core, strengthen the lower back as well become more "functional" due to this 3D lift whereas a seated exercise is more 2 dimensional muscularly and neurologically speaking.

Last workout of the microcycle BLITZ DAY # 6 💥 ➖ Finisher for shoulders, #restpause, and #pump sets, at the end. Workout was tough and I felt fatigue after 3 sets, I tried to maximize this last set at the end working the top range, bottoms, and eventually switch the hand grip to a more advantageous position (neutral), where I could do 2.5 reps on my own keeping a good form almost to momentary muscular failure🎯 ➖ HIT HARD!
