I used Mechanical Advantage Drop-Sets for my Shoulder workout today. In its truest form a Mechanical Advantage Drop Set is different than normal drop sets. With normal drop sets, you perform the reps ‘til failure, then you drop the weight, and continue. In Mechanical Advantage Drop Sets, you use the same weight throughout all exercises of the set, or circuit. So you’ll start with your weakest grip/position 1st, and then finish with your strongest.
