Upper body Workout! 👊🏼 - Save and try it out ✅ - I did a light upper body workout during my deload week in order to keep the muscle activated. Went only for the pump on each exercise 💪🏼 - 1️⃣Lat Pulldown 3 x 12-15 2️⃣Chest press machine 3 x 10-12 3️⃣Cable Shoulder Press 4 x 12-15 4️⃣Reverse Tricep Pushdown 5 x 15 5️⃣Cable Bicep Curl 5 x 15 - I finished off by doing an ab circuit for 3 rounds. Time between each rep and set was very limited the whole workout took less than 30 minutes in order to keep up the intensity. Try it out to get a full upper body pump 🙏🏼

But I have to ‘respectfully’ disagree with that statement (while my face apparently disrespectfully disagrees). I know it’s kind of metaphorically spoken, but when it literally comes down to it, walking through the doors takes very little effort. Walk up, open the door, walk in. So you might have to convince yourself to even show up there... but then what...? ••• It doesn’t matter what your gym goals are: if you think walking into a building is the “hardest part”, you’re going to have a real hard time in reaching them. Celebrate it if you must, but turning that into your highlight is setting yourself up for failure. We can all find ourselves standing amongst the equipment... but without the effort, nothing will change. THE REAL FEAT IS WHAT YOU DO WHEN YOU GET IN THERE. Couple of nice tricep exercises shown here to finish today’s push day. I love including weighted dips at the start of my tricep to really help overload the muscle and get a great pump. Aiming to hit around 8 reps here with whatever weight is suitable. Anterior delts were fried by the time I hit chest so be sure to be include some rear delt work to prevent imbalances and potential for injury. So I did something completely different for my shoulder workout today. Arranged by athleanx, this workout uses one plate and targets every single angle of your shoulder. There are 12 exercises - use a 5lb plate for the first round as a warmup. Then go to 10lb (or 25lb if you’re an animal!) for the working sets. I found it good to have both plates available, because I switched it up depending on what I was doing. (I think my front delts are weaker… ) - Here it is: 1. pendulum swings 2. baseball swing - slight hip twist 3 & 4. low row 2 variations: to belly, then face/upper chest 5. bent over pendulum arms bent 6. standing sword raise (bent arms) 7. plate halo around head 8. plate press out 9. Oblique press out 10. figure 8 pressout (do both directions) 11. overhead trap raise 12. bus drivers (not included, IG limits to 10 videos in a post) - I did four sets plus the warm-up. - Give it a go! Avoid swinging your arms 2️⃣Overhead press- keep your chest up and look straight forward. Weights should touch above your head 3️⃣Upright rows- arms should be extended with a slight bend at the elbows & your back should be straight 4️⃣Lateral raises- raise your arms out to the sides until they’re at shoulder level 4 moves completed back to back, rest for a minute, repeat for 3 sets. 10 reps of each!
