I’ve always complained about being a hard gainer.... still to this day. It’s been a long slow road but I’ve been making progress as I get ready to roll I to my 30’s.

Not "lean" bc idgaf. It's there if I wanted to diet/suffer in a calorie deficit for X amount of time and knowing that... yeah that's gonna be a no for me, dawg😂 I prefer: Good moods Good sleep Sex drive Strength gain What muscle size increases I can get at year near 10 of this A social life in terms of food Big muscle pumps No food restrictions Not being a slave to a cardio Taking the latern into the calorie deficit(dieting) can effect all the above. Is it worth it? Only you know that. I wil say, life is good around ~13% bodyfat🤘 Point of this post: (keep within context); don't allow carrying a little extra bodyfat to make you feel some type of negative way. I've trained many males who make their best size and strength gains between 12-18% bodyfat. Visible abs start appearing around 12%. Women even at a higher percentages. Being lean is great and always looks amazing. I respect those who travel that path. But there are cons to it, ask anyone who has been there. It's not necessarily where the grass is greener. #throwback #homeostasisandshit #poweraesthetics #fourstarfitness #naturalbodybuilding #33
