MOVE ----------- How many times have you seen knees fall in during a squat then it being put down to weak glutes? . Even worse, the person starts doing bloody clams or uses "booty bands"!? . Proper function starts from the ground up . If your feet are not firmly grounded on the floor then how can you expect everything else up the chain to function optimally? . Look at your foot as a tripod; base of big toe, base of little toe and centre of heel -  this is where everything starts from . On a side note, this is why lifting barefoot is so beneficial. Your Nike may look good but with that rubber sole changing the pressure points around, you are fighting a battle already . From this tripod you are grounded into the earth and have a solid base to work from . SQUAT: KNEE POSITION! Follow:@health_sutra_ What’s up, Achievers?! @jasonlpak here with a quick tip on knee position during your squats! The big thing that we don’t want to see is your knee caving in inside the line of your big toe. We like knee position to be in line with somewhere around the 3rd-5th (pinky) toes. This helps to maintain a solid arch position in your foot, which can help to transfer stability to the knee. - If you’re having difficulty pushing your knees out in the bottom of the squat, try to flare your feet out slightly more. This can help to reduce ankle mobility requirements and allow you to squat down in a more comfortable manner. - Lastly, this is advice for the 90% of you. There are some higher level Olympic lifters that actually purposely allow their knees to come inwards at the bottom of their squat, and seem to gain more power out of the hole because of it - perhaps by utilizing their adductors more. However, they’ve most likely have been using this technique for many years and have developed the structural integrity throughout their joints to do so. They’re also in the performance realm; not the health and fitness realm so they’re going to adopt certain techniques to lift more weight. - Also, some of you might have actual structural limitations in your hips or ankles that make this position impossible for you and that’s totally fine as well - do the best you can and work with what you’ve got. If you’re built this way, then having your knees be slightly in might actually be a stronger position for you and is perfectly safe. Always choose what works for you! - For the rest of us, keeping our knees in line with the 3rd-5th toes keeps our knees, feet, and ankles in a stable position and we can develop plenty of strength doing so. - We hope this post helps you out! Improve your Back Squat with these tips ✌🏻 - 🔑 Hand placement makes a difference in keeping your rib cage upright. I recommend holding the bar with the pinkies on the smooth ring of the bar or outside shoulder width. 🔑 Knuckles pointing towards the ceiling and elbows tucked and under the wrist making a straight line. 🔑 Head straight facing forwards and not hyperextending it by looking up. 🔑 Find your ideal stance to maximize squat depth and muscle growth. (I did a YouTube video explaining how to find your best stance for your body time and you can watch it by clicking on the link in my bio. 😁)

Monday is the beginning of the week, it’s the best to try something NEW! After Chest section , I work on my LEG ! let me Introduce- Cable Glute Exercise, my 1st time! Started from 70 lbs to feel how it goes, add 20 lbs each set, and then I tried to finish the bottom!
