How often do you focus on your problems? I mean focus on them and bitch and complain but you don't do anything? .. I used to be like that...just bitch and bitch and bitch. It didn't get me anywhere except more frustrated. And less and less people wanted to be around me. We all have problems, we can't ignore that. But we need to take ACTION, we can't just let them be. .. Accept it; vent about it once, it is what it is, let it be and learn to live with it and stop complaining. Change it; vent about it once, decide if it's something you can make a difference in, and take the necessary action to make it better. .. Leave it; vent about it and leave it be, sometimes it's appropriate to just walk away. It's not selfish to walk away from something that isn't serving you, or worse...if it's draining you emotionally, mentally and financially. .. You have choices, mama...accept it, change it, or leave it. .. What do you have to say about this? I'd love to know your thoughts!

Today’s stevia harvesting Stevia Diabetes. Research on how stevia might affect blood sugar in people with diabetes is inconsistent. Some early research suggests that taking 1000 mg daily of stevia leaf extract containing 91% stevioside might reduce blood sugar levels after meals by 18% in people with type 2 diabetes. However, other research shows that taking 250 mg of stevioside three times daily does not decrease blood sugar levels or HbA1c (a measure over blood sugar levels over time) after three months of treatment. * High blood pressure. How stevia might affect blood pressure is unclear. Some research suggests that taking 750-1500 mg of stevioside, a chemical compound in stevia, daily reduces systolic blood pressure (the upper number in a blood pressure reading) by 10-14 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure (the lower number) by 6-14 mmHg.
