Mi sono ispirata ai bellissimi plumcake di @bringyourownschiscia e @gustozen , personalizzandoli un pochino 😊 ed ecco qua il mio VEGAN PLUMCAKE AL PROFUMO DI AGRUMI! INGREDIENTI: 250g di farina di farro integrale 50g di mandorle Una bustina di polvere lievitante (io ho usato quella del @baulevolantebio ) Una presa di sale Un cucchiaino di cannella 40g di olio di semi di girasole Succo e scorza di un limone. Succo e scorza di un'arancia Una punta di essenza di vaniglia. PROCEDIMENTO: Tagliate finemente le mandorle. In una ciotola mettete quindi tutti gli ingredienti secchi: la farina setacciata con il lievito, la cannella, il sale e le bucce di arancia e limone. Ora spremete gli agrumi e aggiungete al composto. Mescolare bene. Aggiungete quindi l'olio e mescolate ancora. In ultimo non dimenticatevi della vaniglia! Dare un'ultima mescolata e inserire nello stampo per plumcake. Well because I'm eating something I enjoy. You can't just eat perfect food all day everyday because it's not good for your mind. You have to still enjoy what you eat. This breakfast will be quite calorific. Yet if you were looking for weight loss, you could just eat less. Apart from that, there isn't any problem eating a meal like this.
