A aula de Step Training é bem simples de praticar, consistindo em subir e descer do banco ou step (degrau, em português), ao mesmo tempo em que se executam movimentos de braços (com ou sem halteres). A dificuldade pode ir aumentando com o passar do tempo, uma vez que o o step permite ajustes para deixá-lo mais alto. Até mesmo o ritmo e a intensidade dos exercícios podem sofrer alterações e se tornarem ainda mais complexos. O objetivo é sempre extrair o melhor que a modalidade oferece e potencializar os resultados. A queima calórica fica entre300 e 600 calorias, dependendo da intensidade da aula. O Step tem uma vantagem devido à forte aplicabilidade da pliometria (que são os saltos, explosões musculares, etc.). Isso promove o ganho muscular e a perda de gordura. A modalidade pode sim ser um complemento para outras atividades e, desta forma, auxiliar no processo de emagrecimento. So day 4 was titled “Powerful” and the name couldn’t have been better. We all felt the power after the 20 minutes workout. a GYM SNOB. Ya know those fitness people that poke fun and mock those that don’t go to the gym? Only the serious fit and muscly peeps, that are part of this head nod club REALLY know fitness, bodyshaping, and take this lifestyle seriously ...... Well Yup, that was me. . 🤚🏻 I would NEVER do a boot camp outdoor workout or even CONSIDER doing a video! . 👅 Immaturity and also the way of those times. The times of Zubaz, Reebok’s with the strap, biker shorts, & unitards. . 👋🏼 But we’ve changed. The industry has changed. So much... and if I stayed living in a box... life would be very very small. . 🧠 I cut windows and doors to my box and did my first workout video in 2009. . What’s most important is that we don’t follow “the rules” because we think we have to. I teach live fitness classes, I do online workout videos at home and as you can see here, even in the gym. Get in fitness where it will fit in your life. Make it convenient and enjoyable. If you dread it, you’ll stop it. 💪🏼 . 👉🏼🔥 When did you do your first workout video, do you remember? . . .

Day 3 of T20: Today we worked on getting stronger. Loved this one 💕, it wasn’t as fast as the first two days, but still very challenging. Today I felt more comfortable with the routines and I even got to notice some of my shape peeking out🙌🏼🙌🏼. I know those babies will be back soon. On another note, I just love how my daughter @clouthaiz is following into the footsteps. Exercising has now become a part of her lifestyle. Step é um exercício aeróbico praticado com o uso de uma pequena plataforma chamada step (em português, degrau). A altura da plataforma pode ser ajustada com a colocação de pequenas peças embaixo da mesma, dependendo da necessidade de cada praticante. As aulas de step tornaram-se muito populares na década de 1990 e muitas academias e ginásios oferecem programas de exercícios que incluem tais aulas. Description de l'entraînement: C'est toujours amusant de faire de nouveaux entraînements. . C'était excitant de donner à mon équipage quelque chose de complètement différent et de le garder sur ses gardes. Je veux que mon équipe se demande chaque classe quand ils marchent dans ce que je leur réserve pour la maison à venir. J'ai conçu cet entraînement de manière à ce que les clients puissent travailler à leur rythme. J'ai combiné les stations et les exercices de manière à maximiser la brûlure et à les pousser au maximum! Il s'agit d'un entraînement parfait pour tous les niveaux, car chacun peut suivre son propre rythme, ce qui est essentiel dans les cours de conditionnement physique en groupe, car vous aurez toujours vos clients les plus avancés avec des débutants. C'est un entraînement indispensable dans votre artillerie. Day 1 and I already have a love-hate relationship with my step! 😂❤️ Today I started a new program and I have to say... that was THE best workout i’ve had in a long time!! 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week, and the only equipment I need is this step! Never in my life would I have thought that JUST A STEPPER would give me such a great workout and leave me DRIPPING in sweat! Using the step makes the workout much harder, but the results are going to be worth it! Day 1 kicked my butt but it also lit a fire under my booty!! ...BRING IT ON DAY TWO!!! 👊🏼🔥
