Drop the Ego - good things usually come from it... 💥 . 🥴 TBH, was not in the mood today for Strength day as part of DEC-18 #hyperworkouts. Head was not screwed on. . I currently bench 115kg for reps and 120-122kg for 1RM. . Knowing my funk, I started my working sets at 110kg. You can see what happened... 😖 . 😎 But, I dropped my ego, out on the bench blaster and good things happened! . 🔥 Got 6x 110kg and then 4x 115kg. Not too shabby for an off day. . The bench blaster doesn’t do much, but it helps lock in the lats and shoulders, making you feel more secure. It’s 20% advantage, 80% in your head. . But wow 😲! There’s a lesson here... . . ⏫ Getting Volume is key, do what you need to do. Então aqui vai uma das principais, passo-a-passo: . 1) Logo antes de um salto, tentar sentir toda a superfície do seu corpo simultaneamente. Se tornando consciente de onde está cada parte do seu corpo. Cada centímetro. Com um grande foco nos pés (principalmente se for um salto de precisão). . 2) Ainda antes de saltar, imaginar o salto em 1ª pessoa (a visão de uma GoPro na cabeça). E enquanto imagina, sentir seu corpo fazendo cada movimento, os músculos ativando, a absorção do impacto.. tudo o que você conseguir sentir só pela imaginação. . 3) Saltar completamente consciente do seu corpo e do movimento que você está fazendo. . 4) Aterrissar e analisar o que você fez. Foi do jeito que imaginou? Quer melhorar algo? Absorveu bem o impacto? . 5) Repetir . Essa técnica serve muito bem para evoluir na consciência corporal e sincronizar cada vez melhor a sua imaginação com suas capacidades e movimentações. . Working on some variations for the extra coxa global reset with GRIP Approach. • I personally work on this because the external rotation of my hip has great passive range of motion but poor active range of motion. It's not about how many reps you can get, you're going to flirt with death either way, so keep the form immaculate. I usually shoot for 4-6 reps each side, 5-10 sets.
