Lately we really like the step up and the clients enjoy it too. This is an exercise which puts very little stress on the spine and on the knees because of the light weights used and because of it's biomechanics. By leaning a little bit forward and hinging a little at the hips you get a posterior chain focused exercise. By staying too upright and pushing the knees forward you get a high amount of stress applied to your knees and not very much posterior chain work :) ____ În ultima vreme ne place exerciţiul numit "Step up" şi clienţii se bucură de el, de asemenea. Acesta este un exerciţiu care pune foarte puţină presiune pe coloana vertebrală şi pe genunchi datorită greutăţilor mici folosite şi datorită biomecanicii sale. Dacă ne aplecăm puţin înainte şi ducem bazinul puţin în spate, avem un exerciţiu care lucrează foarte bine lanţul posterior. HERE WE GO NOW 👊🏻💪🏻. 2 weeks post @peaksandtrails 50KM, I’m really looking forward to get running again tomorrow, towards a few races I have plan this upcoming October | November. . Some unusual acute pain in my left foot forced me to not run for the last 12 days, be in a 🌙 🥾 for 8 days and get an X-ray | MRI scan. Conclusion, all is great and the pain seems to be completely gone. Possible bone bruising or nerve pain, although no evidence of stress reaction, fracture or evidence of any abnormality. . Thanks to my great mate @collypegs from @riverinapodiatry Albury to sort me out. #youlegend . I’ve enjoyed the change and the extra forced rest from running. I’m now excited to run again. Ohk this was my snap of Saturday morning, I recently shifted my gym sessions from evening to morning. - Not feeling enough energy during my sessions. Because I haven't feed for past 12 hours. - But this lift of 80 kgs (including bar) is my first warmup SET. Although I have taken 2 warmup sets of same weight 😝before jumping to 💯 and more. - I wanted to tell you, once you start training over the years the iron won't lie to you (it's heavy) but you become stronger. Two years ago today I started my journey with Shakeology & Beach Body. In those two years I’ve lost 125lbs & 109.5inches. I went from a size 3X(22/24) to a size XSmall-Medium(4/6) depending on the clothes. I went from a shoe size 9.5 to an 8/7.5 & lost a helmet size. I gained so much muscle & am in the best shape of my life. I never thought I would be where I am. ... As of this morning I am down 121lbs! It will be two years later this month and I’m hoping on the anniversary I’ll be down 125lb. Picture on the left was taken two August ago; the picture on the right was taken this morning. It goes to show you can do anything!

Alright guys! I did it! I hit another major milestone! I am down 120lbs! Which means I have 15-25 more pounds to lose! I’m so close!! And then I can focus on toning and getting where I want. These last few are gonna be a pain, but I know I can do it!

I will have to take new pictures since this is now July and I’ve lost more since the picture on the right was taken. Here is a better introduction of myself. I’m a Beach Body/ Shakeology Coach! I can’t believe it! I NEVER thought I would be where I am now. In just 23 short months I’ve lost 120 pounds and I have to remind myself that it will never come back. And that I’m healthy and fit now. I eat clean every day and I have one cheat meal a week. I’ve went from a 3X to a Small/Medium (24 to a 6-7). I also lost 1.5 shoe sizes and a helmet size. I want to lose more and I’ll keep you all posted on my journey! ...
