Day 25!! Didn’t get my work out in this morning, but aiming for tonight. It’s been crazy already. Alarm didn’t go off. Flat tire. Sitting on thr side of the highway waiting. I’m grateful that my hubby is getting off work this morning to help, grateful the highway people are sending someone to change the tire, grateful I have my coffee and the kids have snacks to eat, grateful my car has a DVD player to keep the kids entertained. It seems that when it rains it pours, but what can ya do? I suffered with anxiety as soon as the sun was going down my cravings where going up, why??? Just gonna leave this here for anyone that wants to challenge themselves with a suupeeerrr sweaty & intense HIIT workout😎😛 Swipe 👉🏼 & save to try this killer full body workout next time you’re in the gym: 1️⃣1 minute jump rope 2️⃣10 squat to overhead press 3️⃣ 10 box jumps 4️⃣ 10 rolling burpees (thanks @orangetheory these are a new fav😍) 5️⃣10x- 2 decline mountain climbers to 2 shoulder taps 6️⃣10 half burpee to front raise 7️⃣10 bicep curls while holding a lunge on each leg (aka 20 curls all together!!) . Rest 20-30 seconds between each exercise and complete the circuit 3-4 times I’ve been so focused on weight training that I forgot how much I love incorporating HIIT into my workouts, but I’m back baby🕺🏼 you guys will DEF be seeing more of these!!!!

This morning at the gym I received a very flattering compliment. You know what my response was? “No way. You’re crazy!” Why do we do that? Why do we have such a hard time accepting compliments? I challenge you to pay attention to how you respond to compliments. Try JUST saying thank you and letting the person know you appreciate it, rather than brushing it off.
