"Focus on what you can do, rather than what you can't do" Some words of wisdom I hear my #kickboxing instructor @iandragonfreestyle say quite often, and it's so true πŸ™Œ My body appears to have been having the ultimate hissy fit these last few weeks; left quad in particular is really not very happy atm despite spending what felt like 5 hours massaging it last night 😬 So I've adapted #sweatwithlaws daily challenges to include exercises that I can still do but without causing any further harm. I can also eat right to help my body heal faster, that's something I can certainly embrace and enjoy doing 😁 Either way there's always something that can be done to continue moving forward in the right direction πŸ’ͺ #firefitnotts
