When I drink coffee, I smile thinking about my next cup of coffee... ☕️ been a fun day of planning so far. I love excel sheets, I love word docs, I love shared google drives and planning vacations, looking up best prices or hostels or other accommodations, researching things to do, fitting the pieces together and what not 😂 it’s ALWAYS great to go in to anything with a plan - when planning your fitness routines, your meals (if you’re so inclined to meal prep), vacations, etc, but you have to keep in mind 🔸 THINGS CHANGE. Be aware and ready for the flexibility of ANY plan and do not freak out when things don’t go according to the “schedule” or “by the book (aka excel sheets 😅). Don’t expect every situation or planned activity or course in your life to go perfectly. Then life would be kinda boring huh? Revel in the excitement, in the momentary “uh oh”/ fear in the unknown, learn about yourself by the way you react, grow yourself in knowing that you simply can NOT control everything, learn to let go of the things that go wrong and look forward to other opportunities open to you - move on with the adventure! Yoga toned with @katrinaascott and then wanted more.. So DM time.. But boy oh boy these dm's worked my 🍑. My thoughts went a bit like this: . Round 1: umm I think I'll stop, I already did a #studiotoneitup workout. . Round 2: just gotta get halfway through and push it to the next round. I can stop at 3 rounds, that's good enough. . Round 3: yes, almost to 4. I can do it! C'mon! . Round 4: you got this! As I smiled with the last, booty worked side plank leg lift... 😅 . 1REBEL - RIDE @1rebeluk This is the biggest spin studio in London, they have two floors, over 86 bikes. Their Victoria branch has Ride, and only Ride. ❤️Things I Love: The Trainer @funkee_fitness_ltd. He is so passionate, he dances with the music, and get everybody to move. His energy throughout the class is contagious. The dynamic. Unlike other classes when I felt like I was alone punching and running. Their RIDE class creates amazing dynamic between us, the trainer, and the others. The haze. It is so magical to have mist in the class, it felt magical. They have special shoes that hook on to the bike, so there is no cheating. 💔Things to keep in mind: The music was very loud, but they would offer ear plugs if needed. The adjustments of the bike were bit rigid, and quite limited. As I am a small person, I need a LOT of adjustments. The seat couldn’t be adjusted any closer to the handle, so I was sitting bit far away. Remember to put on spinning shoes one size up. Let’s talk non scale victories! • I have never in my life felt comfortable in swimming suits. Especially one piece suits because I feel like they just show all of my flaws that much more. Today is a great frickin day because I tried on this one piece, absolutely loved it and felt so confident! I am not perfect. I have cellulite. I have love handles. I have a tummy. Instead of letting my flaws get me down I am now motivated to get better and work harder. • Most importantly is that even though I have not met all my goals, I am so much more content with myself now. 1REBEL - RESHAPE @1rebeluk This is a very tough class incorporating weights, benches, and treadmills. I think this is the most physically challenging class of all, especially the running. My short legs could not keep up! . ❤️What I Love: The instructor will give you three speeds to choose from on the treadmill. This class literally pushes you to your limit, I have even discovered my new top speed. Like all rebel classes, you won’t feel any judgement. The freestyle at the end is such a great experience to challenge yourself. . 💔Things to keep in mind: This is definitely not a beginner class, they alternate treadmills, workout, and burpees. So make sure you are suitable for this class. To be honest, out of the three classes.
