Can you spot the difference? 🙌🏻 It’s not pounds. Inches. A smaller size. A number on a scale. It’s CONFIDENCE. Most people see a company I coach for. I see a company that allows me to grow into a better version of me every year. Two years ago I walked onto a cruise ship damn proud. It was my birthday, I was taking my best friend on vacation all expenses paid during her crazy med school. I felt like a million bucks. I just never knew how far I could go with this thing. • Standing on the roof of a hotel room I never would’ve bought myself or quite frankly afforded last week with my best friend I met on Facebook left me speechless. You always hear about those entrepreneurs doing big things but how could I possibly do it? I had no clue. I’m just a normal girl dreaming about being debt free. I started with me. Working on me. For me. By me. With me. Then I started sharing it. Like a boss. Being made fun of but doing it anyways. Getting asked why I shared so much. Was I really serious about this. I did it for the girl who needed me, never for the girl I could become. That girl who stood on her two story rooftop in Mexico last week wearing a bomb romper because she’s damn proud of her hard work, y’all she’s just getting started. I’m nowhere near where I want to be yet I’m proud of the girl I’ve become along the way. • The difference is I now have a VISION, a deep PURPOSE, a wild CONFIDENCE that when I set my mind to something I can visualize it into existence. Believe me when I say, big things are coming and you should probably be a part of it 👯‍♀️ At first they’ll ask why you do it, then they’ll ask you how. The party always has room for more, and babe it’s SO WORTH IT🥂

DINNERTIME🍽 with my Love 💏 Wir können uns alle gesund ernähren und auf gesunde Nahrungsmittel achten. Man muss es nur wollen! 💪🏽🔝🥗 Hier 💁🏼‍♀️ das von Euch gewünschte Rezept💌: Fisch - Alaska Seelachs tiefgefroren unpaniert von @aldisuedde Den tiefgefrorenen Seelachs mit Wasser abspülen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Knoblauch und Kräutern würzen. Anschließend mit etwas frischer Zitrone beträufeln. Nun folgt der nächste Schritt. Fülle eine Schale mit einem verquirlten Ei und eine Schale mit etwas Dinkelvollkornmehl. Zuerst wird der Fisch in dem Ei gewälzt und schließend im Mehl. Danach eine Pfanne mit etwas Butter oder Olivenöl erhitzen und den Fisch von beiden Seiten gold-braun braten. Salat - gemischter Pflücksalat von @aldisuedde nochmals waschen und ein Paar kleine Cherry-Tomaten in 4 kleine Stücke schneiden und zum Salat dazugeben. Zum Salatdressing: 2 EL Jogurt, etwas Wasser, Olivenöl, Traubenessig, Senf, Salz, Pfeffer, getrocknete Salatkräuter und die beste Saarländische Zutat: Maggi 🙋🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ (natürlich ist dieses Dressing nicht zu 100% clean aber es ist tausend mal besser als ein gekauftes und fertiges Dressing.) Anschließend den gewaschenen Salat, die Tomaten mit dem Dressing vermengen. Als Topping den Salat mit Pinienkernen, Sonnenblumenkernen und Kürbiskernen bestreuen. Run de 10km du jour : bonjour 💪 En ce moment il se passe plein de choses dans ma vie. En bien. Je prends des décisions importantes. 💬 Je retrouve de l'énergie depuis la fin de ma sèche 💥. Le soleil est au rdv 🌞 J'ai réservé des vacances avec mon amoureux 💏 Tout va bien 🙏 J'ai même réalisé un record de run dont je suis extrêmement fière. Tellement fière que j'en ai parlé en story mais pour être sûre que TOUT LE MONDE soit au courant : je vais le redire ici 😂 (je hurle de mon propre personnage 🤣). D'habitude je cours à genre 6min/km c'est mon rythme normal de tortue que je suis 🐢 (vous moquez pas je suis déjà fière de ça a la base 😂) et là mes 4 derniers kms j'ai tout peter 😯 J'ai fais du 4min/km(4min16 okkkk 😂) alors que j'étais jamais allée en dessous de 5min30/km 😛 Étrange surtout que j'ai réussi ça sur les derniers km... alors que j'étais déjà au bout de ma vie 😂 Comme je le disais en story : On sait vraiment pas à quel point notre corps est fort en réalité 😉 J'ai inauguré ma nouvelle tenue @womensbest.fr pour l occasion. Truth! 🙌🏻🍑 It is with a sad heart 💔 I tell you that due to some old shoulder injuries that have been giving me trouble over the years (and even more so recently), I will be taking a break from upper body to focus on regaining strength and mobility in my shoulder. Changing training habits and diet makes the world of difference! First picture was a week into my prep diet and training plan. Second picture is 11 weeks later (last Saturday). Guess what? I am a lower body fat percentage in the second picture than I am in the first picture. In 11 weeks I have gone from 17% body fat to 9% body fat and I am still gaining mass. Also, not one thing has changed about my diet in 11 weeks. It’s all about consistency and keeping your training intense. Thank you @timjon88 for always pushing me on leg day!! It is clearly paying off!!
