I just want to say I am not at my goal just yet but an old childhood friend reached out to me the other day and it made me say to myself Melissa, it’s time to go harder you have been inspiring someone your entire life and you never even knew you were. I have fallen off a few times of my fitness game but I have never ever given up. Knowing that some of the people watching me are getting motivated to start this journey which I have been continuously on makes me so happy inside that I cried the other day. I am honored to know that my old friend finds motivation in what I’m doing and I am more than happy to help you start this journey and push every limit you have. I love knowing people want to personally work out with me bc they want me to push them to be the strongest and best version of themselves.
