Yes we have to do the mundane, every day tasks but make sure you are also taking those big steps towards what really matters, what really lights you up and what is really aligned with your purpose. Health goals should be in these goals- whether it is to walk 5km, do a marathon, or to simply wake up feeling energized- prioritizing you and your health needs to be in your day, every day.

M A R M I T E T O F U B U R G E R S On the menu tonight a recipe from @jamieoliver’s superfood book. I LOVE these burgers! Tonight I had mine in a toasted rustic wholemeal bun with @eatlean melted high protein cheese and @hellmansmayonaise lighter than light mayo, served with a big spinach salad and some reduced sugar and salt @tescofood ketchup! I altered the recipe slightly to make a few more burgers. I’ve popped what you need and the recipe below if you want to give them a go! To make the burgers (makes 6) 🔸575g @tofooco extra firm tofu 🔸60g @marmite 🔸60g panko bread crumbs 🔸2 medium eggs 🔸15g coconut oil 🔸Rosemary What to do: 1. Drain the tofu and pop it in a bowl with the eggs, bread crumbs and marmite. 2. Time to get messy. Get your hands in mix it up and make 6 patties. I popped them in the fridge after this for an hour to help make them firm. 3. Heat your coconut oil in a pan and sprinkle in the rosemary.
