Great combination of protein, healthy carbs and fat for a full meal to power your performance. Thank you @richroll 🌱🍴 You cook your rice 🍚 and lentils as directed (Your water measurement should be 2.5 times the measurement.) Mince garlic and ginger separately. Rinse the sweet potato(es) 🍠 and remove any ugly bits (no need to remove all of the skin, though), then chop into small cubes. Rinse the tomato(es) 🍅 and chop into small cubes. Heat olive oil in large pan at medium high heat and let garlic satire for 3 mins Stir in the sweet potatoes, and 1/3 cup water per sweet potato. Then add in tomato and fresh ginger. Reduce heat to medium, and cover the wok or pan with a lid. Allow to steam covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix your spices together and set aside. Stir in cauliflower and lentils cover for 5 mins. It’s ready when the cauliflower and lentils are soft. Season to taste and serve over brown rice. Enjoy! And let us know how it turns out! I’ve always been one to shy away from tighter clothes because I just am not comfortable showing off my figure. Since being diagnosed with lupus and going through a 8 month long flare along with other smaller length flares, I ended up gaining a significant amount of weight and now losing most of that I’ve gained a new appreciation for where I am at in my journey. 🤙🏼 Never be ashamed of the journey 💙 No I’m not as lean as I was, I’ve lost a lot of muscle and have had to learn to adjust my workouts according to what my body is allowing that day but I’ll get there! Also remember everyone has their own struggles and their own journey so don’t compare yourself to everyone else you’re your own competition!
