So I told y’all I’d let y’all know what I think about this greens powder. I actually like it. It’s hard to find a greens powder that don’t make you frown your face up when you drink it😂😂 Plus I’m able to I mix this with 8 oz of water and thats it. In my opinion it doesn’t even have to be mixed in a smoothie but it can be. It makes it easier for me to get my greens in. As far as the nutritional content it’s great! Check out the @vibranthealth label online. The only thing is the carb content being that I’m doing Keto I try to my carb intake low. It only has 8g which is not bad. In my opinion I think it’s a great greens powder to supplement your diet and ensure your getting enough greens in.

It's weird how people tend to spend and focus more time and money on a running takkie rather than nutrition. I ran with a majjat pair of takkies purchased 3 years ago at vangate mall for R500. But. I do know that post #marathon #recovery #nutrition is key! So I have been snacking on cashews and bananas in between meals. For breakfast I have this amazing strawberry, raspberry and date shake using the #herbalife formula 1shake. I blend it with ice water and it's so good!
