This myth arises from the notion that, in the AM, your glycogen levels & carb availability will be lower than that postprandial thus causing your body to shift energy utilization away from carbs & allow greater mobilization of stored fat for fuel. Is this true? ➖ To an extent yes, Pauli et al (2011) showed that eating before exercise increases RER (respiratory exchange ratio) & shifts substrate utilisation more to carbs & reduces the entry of long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria & hence blunts fat oxidation via an insulin-mediated attenuation of adipose tissue lipolysis but does it really matter over the course of the whole day & in terms of overall fat loss? No. ➖ Yes during fasted cardio you’ll utilize more fat for fuel however what Pauli et al (2011) also showed was that you’ll then increase RER & thus reduce fat utilization in the 24hrs following & shift more to using carbs for fuel. Same for fed just the other way around. Why? Because the body doesn’t like change, it likes maintaining homeostasis & by regulating substrate utilization during/after exercise it can return to an overall FAT BALANCE at the end of the day regardless of whether it burna more fat early & less fat later or vice versa. Also REGARDLESS of which method you opt for, if in a surplus the body will still create a positive fat balance (store) & if in a deficit, a negative fat balance (lose it). ➖ I will note however that where fasted cardio is highly beneficial is in terms of scheduling. Fasted cardio is PRACTICAL in that it allows you to jump straight out of bed, get in the gym & get it done quick & easy without having to worry about rushing through it or for waiting on food to digest etc. As a result, it’s easier to adhere too. Increased adherence = goals. We all know that if you plan something for later in the day, it’s not 100% definite that it will be done. Things can come up that can push your plans back more & more & thus, result in you missing your session. - Hope you enjoyed this post ! As always comment below 👌🔥

Люди, по сути, генераторы энергий для тонкого плана, для духовного мира. 🔴Тонкому плану не очень нужна высокочастотная энергия. Тонкий план весь состоит из нее, кто был в астрале говорит, что там сплошное счастье и оргазм. 🔵Но тонкому плану или, вернее сказать, определенным сущностям нужна низкочастотная энергия, поэтому у нас войны, землетресения, ссоры, обиды и негатив. Чтобы энергия низкочастотная выделялась, нужно людей постоянно обманывать для того, чтобы у них ничего не получалось, и этим десятки тысяч лет занимаются определенные структуры. 🔴Поэтому, дорогие мои, старайтесь не влезать ни в какие разборки. Being disciplined is extremely hard when it comes to most things in life...and with fitness as with most things, you have got to want it bad enough to make the sacrifices it takes to get to your goals. Stop looking for quick fixes, magic teas and insane unhealthy diets to give you the same results that someone who worked their butt off, exercised discipline and made sacrifices for has been afforded. You can't cheat real dedication and hard work. You can pretend but that will only get you so far before things begin to unravel in the worst ways. Stop comparing yourself to other people. Stop trying to get fit quick because you want to fit in and stop wishing to be someone else. (Been there, done that at it gets you nothing but grief) Trust me when I say healthy living is NOT easy for anyone. People who make it look easy have mostly just chosen to be better for themselves and it has become a lifestyle, for soms a passion and for people like me...just a desire to be healthy and look my best while doing so. You have got to do the same. Do it for the right reasons. Do it for yourself. Take your time, do things the right way and be at peace. Rushing is a sure fire way to fail. Instagram is fun but it is not reality so don't make it yours.

@jacob.hastain rounding off a very successful week for our powerlifting clients. 2 weeks out from his first comp and deadlifting 200kg for a smooth double. Squats finished with a 165kg double (12.5kg all time squat PB.) One more week to push on before a deload and then it’s time to perform. 👌

I remember that time, that girl on the right.. the clothes that didn't fit, that it wasn't comfort... to enter to the shop and to find nothing to wear... It was feeling bad..... _ And now I'm wearing this clothes and feeling good!!!! Now I cannot wear them because they to big!!!! 😁😃😊 So if you think you cannot?? Yes you can!! Just eat healthier! Do workout! And never give up!!! 💪❤️
