Today was such a hard day saying my goodbyes to one of my biggest mentors ever!!!!! Mr Derek Elvy. My heart breaks thinking that I won't get to tell you what im doing or visiting you at your house to listen to you're stories of life and experiences omg and blasting the music whilst you garden and I drink wine and smoke. Kettlebells have always been a big part of my training. My first introduction to regularly training with weights was with kettlebells - Back when I was a skinny 90kg massage therapist 💆‍♂️. . Kettlebells load up the posterior chain in a unique way and shouldn’t be overlooked when thinking of accessory lifts to support your “big three” powerlifts. . I have rehabilitated a number of issues ranging from rotator cuff problems, lower back issues & ACL reconstructions by correcting imbalances in the body through the correct use of kettlebell training. . 💥💥INSANE💥💥 I was going to wait until tomorrow to post this because it's one hell of a #transformationtuesday however this is also some serious #mondaymotivation This is a guy from my work who came to me a little over a month ago now and had seen me trying to change my body for the better and had decided he wanted to do the same. He asked for a diet plan because his goal is not to be a bodybuilder but just to lose weight.... and boy has he lost weight!! I drew him up a plan and he has quite clearly stuck to it to the letter..... He has lost 25KG IN A MONTH!!!!
