- Some clips from last nights workout with @noahhauk • • First exercise - Kneeling T-Bar Chest Press: This exercise really targets the top of your chest and hits triceps as well! • • Second Exercise - Cable Rope Tricep Extensions: These hit triceps hard! Squeezing the tricep while fully extended & then slowly releasing the muscle really gives a good burn! • • Third Exercise - Bench Press: We came into our workout with bench press and finished off our workout with bench press to fully expel any stamina we had left!
