The morning face isn’t loyal, but I don’t know if I really care. It’s reality! I did do a great facial tonight, which included some heating black clay mask. Hopefully tomorrow when I wake up and snap some photos, I’ll have more of a glow. Secondly, loving the model pose, I think it really makes me look like a figurine. For the show, it is in 10 days now. I’m still curious to what “look” they are going for this year. In the past, we have seen really really hard looking girls winning in figure, but I don’t think it’s feminine. I think they have been rewarding the wrong look making figure and physique look too similar. I think it has to be a bit softer, it has to be feminine, it has to be graceful. That is why my biggest focus now is on my posing. Also I’m at a ceiling. I can’t really grow bigger in a cut and I have gone this prep mostly without any stimulants until I think 1 week now, I bought my first preworkout. I already have been over doing my coffee intake and wanted to just back off it, and take a PWO for when I need it: during training. Overall I just care so much about my health in the long end to “suffer”. This is how I feel about over dieting, stimulants, too much cardio etc. I mean I don’t easily succumb to pressure, but when I crave something, I simply have it. I’ve taken a bite or so out of my husbands food because I just don’t think it will matter. Moreover when I was harder on myself, in the past, it lead to binging. This is what works for ME and I’m able to keep my sanity. I have not done ANY fasted cardio. I never cut carbs out completely. I refeed usually 2x a week, and I have cheats every so often. My diet actually hasn’t changed in 12 weeks. And before that just 1-2x. This is how I lost all the weight, and the cardio is what leans me out. If anything I would say I probably needed a few more weeks. This is about 24 weeks with cardio under 1 hour stimulant-free! I did cardio only 5x a week until 1 week ago, when I bumped it up. I have a husband who deserves a functioning wife, and students who rely on me, a church I’m apart of, and a family that matters. Life is so beautiful. Don’t kill yourself in a prep. Life is more than this 😘 #bealight

Love the Mommy skin you’re in. You aren’t the only one with marks, uneven skin tone, saggy skin, and unsilky skin. You are REAL and RAW. I was stubborn and I wore my belly piercing till it started to hurt because it was over stretching. Now I’m left with a saggy piercing/button✨😉🤷🏻‍♀️

Tuesday upper body workout DONE! ✔️ had literally zero motivation to exercise yesterday so I didnt, same with today but forced myself as I’m only allowing myself one rest day a week and I had it yesterday 😂 feel much better now that I trained arms and feeling like Ive earnt my leg day tomorrow 💓 also today I got my blood test and the results came back fine! And its my one year anniversary as a full vegan on Thursday, so to all the people who say vegans need to watch their iron levels, I have not taken one SINGLE iron supplement/tablet this whole year of being vegan and my levels are fine, not just iron but all the other stuff they test for too! 😂 infact, all through highschool i struggled with anaemia and the doctors couldnt find a cause, turns out it was just, oh, eating meat and animal products, the things taught to us that help with iron, guess they do the opposite 😂🙏 the more I venture into veganism, the more i find out and the more I wish I had gone vegan a long time ago. I know many of you were very curious about what it was that I took out of my diet that helped my acne, after I talked about it on my insta story! _ I had always battled with having “imperfect skin”. But just over 2 weeks ago I was battling cystic acne even worse to where I was waking up every day with a new one. That wasn’t until I did some extensive research and decided to take dairy completely out of my diet. From that day 2 weeks ago, I haven’t gotten 1 cystic acne since. I’ve gotten small blemishes that go away, but nothing like before. I’m pretty mind blown to say the least! _ A few basic things I’ve learned is that Milk and other dairy products have been known to be associated with acne. Milk (unless organic) is often produced by cows that are given steroids, hormones, and antibiotics, which can throw off your normal hormonal balance and either cause or exacerbate acne. Your skin is the body’s biggest organ. Whatever toxins the body can’t digest and eliminate through the colon, the skin takes the hit and those toxins come out through the skin in the form of acne. Ever heard of anti inflammatory foods for better skin? Well milk is huge inflammatory food. _ Of course it’s going to vary from person to person. But this is just what’s worked for me. Also, since I’m not eating dairy, I’m not eating really anything high in sugar and fat such as desserts. In exchange, I’ve loaded up even more on vegetables and I believe it’s all associated in helping. _ I feel sooo much better and I think I’ve officially re-trained my taste buds. I’ve been craving really nutritious foods and I’ve had no desire for “unhealthy” things such as candy, dessert, etc. and ya girl had a sweet tooth! So it’s pretty much a win-win. 🙌🏼 _ If you’re struggling as well, I encourage you to do your own research and try it as well. But you have to go all in, 100% or you’ll never really know if that’s a true trigger for you. You’ll probably lose some weight too 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ _ My face is not retouched at all, as its being associated with talking about how much better my skin is. I want you to see it for how it is, and as you can see.. it’s pretty damn clear, especially compared to where it was 😬
