When life gives you peppers, you char them! 😆 One of my favorite ways to eat pepper is to char them. Charring them brings out the sweetness in the peppers and makes them taste so delicious! Ce matin j'avais besoin d'un #petitdejeuner réconfort après la sale journée passée hier! Place donc au retour de ma super #nicecream protéinée ! JCelle-ci est donc une version choco/noisette à laquelle j'ai ajouté deux bananes congelées et 1cs de cacao cru ! Il n'y a pas d'ajout d'eau, je voulais tester la vraie glace vegan sans eau ni lait vegetal & le résultat est top! En topping, j'ai ajouté 1/2 pomme, du sarrasin décortiqué, des baies de Goj & un peu de Maca en poudre pour le côté caramel que j'adore ! Delicious Vegan French toast topped with almond butter sauce and cooked apples 🍎 Recipe: 1. Soak bread in a mixture of aquafaba, almond milk, sweetener (optional), cinnamon, vanilla and cloves. 2. Fry in pan or in an air frier till golden on both sides😈 3. Mix almond butter with water (optional sweetener) till thinned then heat in microwave in 30 sec increments till warm 4. Stew chopped apples with a splash of water and cinnamon till soft in a small pot 5. Die from yumminess

Hey there lovely people! How’s everyone’s day going? Me? I’m good, my kids are off sick today and while at first I was super disappointed to change my days plans I decided to make the most of it and got a bunch of stuff done.. beds are changed, sheets washed, kids rooms sorted out, blinds cleaned and food prep done! 👊💥 feeling super productive but also hungry! 👋🏾 Long time no see! Life has been pretty hectic these last few months. My husband and I decided to take a leap and move to NYC! He's always wanted to live there and we were very ready for a change so it seems like the right time. All of December we'll be doing a road trip around the US and then spending Christmas with family before settling in NYC right in time to bring in the New Year. Love these quick and nutricious meals that I can throw together last minute without ever having to resort to take out. This bowl consists of a bunch of staples i have in the fridge such as pre-roasted beets and squash that I froze and roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts that can bake in the oven while I do other things. The protein I chose today are @yvesveggiecuisine falafel balls. I always like to try new products on the market (also so I can compare my own skills to) and these were delicious 🥗🌿

HOW TO REGROUP FROM BINGE EATING😵 - Regardless of how much motivation, drive & will power you have, we all veer off track from time to time. . I know I do with my Oreo problem lol. I don’t get it, I didn’t even grow up a fan of them but now... 🤤 . And I can’t have ONE or TWO, I need one or two ROWSSS. Which is why I don’t keep them in the house. . There will be a time when you overeat... . Which is pretty normal every once in a while... . BUT it’s not about What happens, it’s WHAT YOU DO about what happens that matters. . What you SHOULDN’T do is: -try to starve yourself the next day. -run on a treadmill for 10 hours straight. -give up on your goals . BUT INSTEAD: ⬇️ - Build instant momentum: Drink a full cup of water to start taking proactive steps. Don’t give yourself the time to feel bad. Dwelling won’t change SHEET! - Think about what caused you to binge: did you not eat all day and went Hulk mode at McDonald’s? Then skipping meals should not be apart of your strategy. - Plan your next meal: Hop Right back on track with your diet plan and forget it happened. Know ahead of time the next meal you’re going to have to prevent similar situations. - Eat some VEGGIES: Idk why but vegetables are my “comfort” food after binge eating lol.
