Saturday May 19th . . . What a day! 👑🙏🏽🙏🏼 Honestly, from the bottom of our hearts, myself and @katfitnesscheshire want to thank everybody who helped make the @resetbykye launch the most incredible day ever. 🚀💯 We were both incredibly nervous leading up to the day, but it truly did go beyond expectations. That wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Ultimate Creative Communications - who took our visions and turned them into a reality - @cranage_estate_wedding who were the perfect hosts - @nick_andrei_spencer for the amazing shots. And, most of all, the Reset guests who helped craft the most infectious atmosphere possible. I enjoyed the whole day, but my favourite part was sharing my weight loss story. It took a lot of courage. But I’m glad I did. None of us are perfect and I’m glad it’s inspired many of you to make your own health a priority. 🤙🏽

Once upon a time, I dreamed of having a beautiful lean and muscular body. I dreamed of having abs and I dreamed of toning up. Now, I am still working toward that dream. I am gaining muscle but I have no where near accomplished what I dream of. However, I have taken a step in another direction too. I decided that I want to help others work toward their dreams too, even if I am still working toward mine. So, while I am working for my lean muscle, and I definitely don’t have abs yet, I am also working for my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness so that I can become a personal trainer and help others achieve their goals and dreams! *also fixing major spelling mistake - how embarrassing*

🥦Сколько же нужно нам употреблять белка ? . С полной уверенностью могу сказать, что более 1г на кг веса( качественного белка) будет предостаточно. А на растительном питания можно потреблять ещё меньше😅!Наверняка сомневаетесь , ведь многие говорят что растительный белок неполноценный?! . Во-первых вообще не понятно откуда появились мифические нормы по белку около 1,5-2 на кг веса 🤔Я уже и не говорю про 3-4 и тд( которые часто используют профессиональные атлеты и что является губительным для организма) !Проводилось много исследований в которых доказано , что потребление белка в таких количествах , не только не даёт никакого роста для нашего организма ,но и наносит большой вред, провоцируя многие заболевания! . В наибольшем количестве белков мы нуждаемся в период самого активного роста, то есть в первые полтора года жизни. Но даже в этот период мы не потребляем большое количество белка ,питаясь материнским молоком( там его не более 4%).При этом взрослый человек не растёт, а лишь поддерживает свою жизнедеятельность, так что соразмерно массе тела ,ему требуется их не больше, чем ребёнку. Отсюда уже можно сделать вывод! . Обратимся к природе и рассмотрим животных, например горилл 🦍 , которые питаются только растениями , потребляют очень мало белка и при этом насколько у них развиты мышцы и сила( а строение пищеварительной системы у нас похожи ) . Во всех научных рекомендациях заявлено не более 1г белка на кг веса(но эти цифры берутся с запасом и не учитывается качество белка). . Очень важный момент☝🏾: чем больше в вашем рационе белков не подверженных тепловой обработке тем лучше . Ведь при приготовлении белок денатурируется. «Денатурация» означает, что белок утрачивает «характерную для него биологическую активность», всё еще оставаясь белком, но «испорченным», который невозможно использовать в качестве белка. Т. е мы уже не знаем сколько качественного белка поступает в наш организм после тепловой обработки !И соответсвенно их надо принимать больше чем чистых , необработанных продуктов.
