Más que feliz con mi proteína y bcaa 100% VEGANOS 😍🌱💚. . ¿Cómo los uso? La proteína es un macronutriente muy importante, y se utiliza para aumentar la ingesta de proteína en la dieta. Tiene la función de construir y reparar tejidos musculares, por eso es tan importante suplementarse con proteína cuando uno entrena arduamente en el gimnasio. Un scoop con agua o leche, siempre después de entrenar 💪😍. El Bcaa o aminoácidos, son importantes porque inhiben la degradación muscular. Cuando uno entrena estos oxidados en el músculo durante el ejercicio. Un scoop con agua durante el entrenamiento! 💪😍 . . ¿Dónde los consigo? En @monkeyredsuplementosdeportivos ubicado en San Martín #2326, local 16 segundo piso patio Alcantara, entre Uribe y Maipu 🐵 . Ahora, lo que me preguntan aveces: ¿Es posible ser vegetariano/vegano y entrenar y desarrollar masa muscular? Sí, si se puede, procurando una buena alimentación. Had to share this. So informative and so true. I have managed to lose a ton of body fat while at the same time, gain lean muscle mass all on a vegan diet. . Please read..... #repost @bare_vegan with @get_repost ・・・ Are you worried that going vegan will make your body change in an unwanted manner? Then fear not! The reality is that a vegan diet can be as unhealthy or healthy as you want. . You can eat vegan versions of hotdogs, steaks, pizza, burgers, chips, fries, cheese, cake, ice cream... whatever! . If you want to gain muscle; no problem! I actually had a similar training regime before and after going vegan and found that I gained muscle and strength after the switch, and continue to do so. And that is without a million different powders and supplements. I take a b12 pill (discussed in another post) and occasionally use a vegan blended protein powder, but mostly I'm just eating a balance of grains, pulses, nuts, veggies, and fruit. Also I indulge a few times a week and have vegan junk food (gotta treat yo' self!). . If you're goal is losing body fat this is also no problem. Animal products are so dense in unhealthy calories that it's easier to feel full and satisfied on a healthy vegan diet whilst losing weight in a healthy and sustainable manner without any unhealthy quick fixes. . Vegan versions of any non-vegan foods will pretty much always have less saturated fat, more antioxidants, more vitamins, more fibre, no antibiotics, no hormones, less pesticides (due to bioaccumulation), less preservatives, and best of all they'll be cruelty free! Which personally allows me to chow down and enjoy a big ol' burger without feeling the guilt of torturing and murdering another sentient being. No one needs that! . How about you guys?
