Desculpa pelo sumiço, haha • To de férias, e como de costume minha família decidiu fazer um churrasco. • Vim mostrar pra vocês o que eu e @everton_tonetto.saude fizemos pra comermos: •compramos chips de vegetal como petiscos e misturamos tudo em um bowl •wrap de diversos tipos de cogumelo (não é bem um wrap, mas finge que é hahaha) -> usamos a massa de rap10 (diga-se de passagem, não é nada saudável, porém né kk) •carne de soja preparada como cachorro quente, pra comer com pão •legumes que minha mãe fez (brócolis e couve-flor) •espetinho de frutas (a gente fez de uva, morango e amora) Isso foi o que a gente fez, mas existem milhares de coisas pra você preparar pra comer em um churrasco :) Paz e #govegan ✨🌱💪🏼

NUT BANANA LOAF 🍌 Delicious, wholesome and naturally sweetened. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INGREDIENTS ⇩ ◈ For the wet ingredients: 1 1/3 cups mashed very ripe banana 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed 1/3 cup Almond milk 1/3 cup Coconut oil, melted 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ◈ For the dry ingredients: 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut sugar 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt 1 1/2 whole-grain spelt flour ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ INSTRUCTIONS ⇩ ① Preheat the oven to 175° C [350° F] Lightly spray a loaf pan with oil and set aside. ② In a large bowl, mash the banana until almost smooth, and make sure you have 1 1/3 cups. ③ Stir the wet ingredients [ground flax, milk, melted oil, maple syrup, and vanilla] into the banana until combined. ④ Stir the dry ingredients [sugar, chocolate chips, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour] into the wet mixture, one by one, in the order listed. Stop stirring when there are no flour patches at the bottom of the bowl. ⑤ Spoon the dough into the loaf pan and spread out evenly. Add your desired toppings and gently press them into the dough to adhere. ⑥ Bake the loaf, uncovered, for 45 to 55 minutes [I bake for 47 to 48 minutes, but your time may vary], until lightly golden and firm on top. The top of the loaf should slowly spring back when touched. ⑦ Place the loaf pan on a cooling rack for 30 minutes. Then, slide a knife around the loaf to loosen it and gently remove it from the pan, placing it directly onto the cooling rack until completely cooled [or to hasten the cooling process, transfer to the fridge for 45 minutes]. ⑧ Slice the loaf once cooled. I love to spread it with vegan butter or coconut oil. The loaf will keep in the fridge tightly wrapped for 3 to 4 days, or it can be frozen for 4 to 6 weeks.

Start being aware what you put into your body. Realize that death causes more death. The first thing I’m gonna say is I hesitated posting this because I’m at a higher body fat than usual and I’m not super comfortable with it. But you know what? ALL BODIES ARE BEAUTIFUL ❤️ • I used to suffer from a binge eating disorder and I still feel myself falling back into the same old patterns if I don’t catch myself. Lemme tell ya, it’s HARD. It’s hard to push yourself out of a place where you sat for years and basked in self pity. It’s hard to accept a new version of reality where it’s okay to look ANY way. Some people don’t understand that, but I think a lot of people do. • So anyone out there reading this, remember that you’re beautiful. You’re worthy. You’re loved. It’s easy to fall into the trap of self loathing and constantly wishing you looked different, but it’s worth it to dig yourself out of that hole. I promise 🙏🏽 • I’m off to the gym now to get out of this funk and get my endorphins pumpin! Nothing makes me feel better than an amazing sweaty workout ✌🏽 • Have a good day everyone—stay positive & remember to love yoself! 🌟💋👍🏽😇❤️
