•Brown Rice Stir fry This is another one of my go to meals. It’s so easy to create a stir fry. Use any veggies you have on hand and sauté them and add about a cap of rice wine vinegar. It gives the veggies some great flavor and compliments well with the soy sauce. The best thing is you can use rice, noodles, or salad! . •Brown Rice Stir Fry Make some brown rice start it first, it takes a while to cook. Sauté broccoli, and garlic in some sesame seed oil. I put on a lid too so they can also steam a little. Add chopped celery, red bell peppers, green onions, carrots, and chopped kale. Sauté for about 15 mins. Don’t forget your Rice Wine Vinegar about halfway through. Add your veggies to your rice with some fried tofu. Liquid Aminos, and Sriracha complete this bowl.
