Dün yaptığım kahvaltı 🍊muzlu yulaf ezmesi yaptım. Pişirirken su ve tarçınla pişirdim daha sonra ezilmiş yarım muzu karıştırdım. Biraz fazla tatlı geldiği için bana içine greyfurt suyu sıktım tadı gerçekten çok güzel oldu. Üstüne yine biraz tarçın, antep fıstığı ve çiğ tatlı badem koydum. Yanında diğer greyfurtu yedim ve bergamotlu yeşil çay içtim 🌿🌿

Beetroot and ginger soup, served with coconut yoghurt, roasted parsnip shavings, sesame seeds and a drizzle of olive oil - the add on option was vegan halloumi cheese...I also added a little chilli flakes. #smoothie is probably one of the best weapon we have to fight and prevent diseases. You can get creative and mix the most nutritious plants in its raw form and gulp it! To make it easy for me to drink a smoothie everyday and have a variety of nutrients in it, I mixed a bunch of nuts and seeds in one jar so I can use them on the go. 1) hemp seeds - with 20% protein they have best omega 3 to omega 6 ratio 2) Amla powder - a tsp of Amla powder has 100x more antioxidants than eating a ham burger every day for a week 3) flax seeds - highest amount of omega 3’s in plants. 4) sunflower and pumpkin seeds are high in protein and iron The picture on the right is a Pattaya smoothie - with 3 tbsp of the mixture, and 2 scoops of epic plant based protein. #vegan #veganhealthyfood

You won’t believe it’s not rice 😜 _____________________________________________________________ I buy the ready to cook cauliflower rice from Trader Joe’s. Mostly mix 2 bags with salt, pepper and garlic powder, olive oil and broil it until it gets a brownish color approximately about 10-15 min. You will need to mix a couple of times while broiling. Once cooked, you can eat it as is or I mostly add it in to some sort of home made vegetarian sauce or other veggies. My first meal of the day is this pretty toast midday using all ingredients from my farmers market haul in addition to a @hilaryseatwell hemp and greens veggie patty 💯 . I am late to eat and post today because it’s been absolutely gorgeous here in Seattle 🌲☀️🌊 so after my morning coffee I headed out for a bike ride 🚴‍♀️ on the beach, then went to the amazing #westseattlefarmersmarket to stock up on all of my food for the week followed by a run 🏃‍♀️ on the beach before I came back inside for food #priorities 😆 . As for the toast deets I used a pumpkin seed and raisin sourdough bread 🥖 from @amarelobread and spread it with my homemade beet hummus and topped it with mixed greens 🍃the veggie patty and radish slices 🔥 . Very easy to make Cheezy Quinoa stuffed red peppers with carrots, celery, onion, garlic, kale, cuminparsley and cheez. Quinoa is a complete protein and simple to make, so get it down you! Just add about 2 cups cooked quinoa (best cooked in vegetable stock) to about 2 cups diced and lightly sautéd veggies and about 2 teaspoons ground cumin. Stuff peppers and cook at 200 degrees centigrade for approximately 20 mins.
