Chile relleno de champiñones! 🤗🤗 los champiñones son super saludables, hay que incluirlos más en nuestras comidas. Para hacerlo: 1. Tatemar el chile en el comal, hay que irle dando vueltas para que se vaya quemando de todos lados. Ya que está lo sacas y dejas que se enfríe un poco para que no te quemes, y le quitas la piel. 2. Hacer el guisado de champiñones: en un sartén con poquito aceite de coco primero pones la cebolla a sofreír. . Después los champiñones picados unos minutos a que se suavicen tantito o la textura que tú quieras. Hay quienes les gustan mas crujientes. Eso sí no tanto para que no pierdan todos los nutrientes. . Después agregas el tomate y lo dejas tantito y luego la sal de mar. Apagas el fuego y agregas el cilantro. El cilantro es ya con el fuego apagado para que no se haga todo aguadito y lacio. . Hola, hola! Desde que había visto la idea en el perfil de @adriana_nutricion me rondaba la cabeza y hoy por fin me decidí con ello. Como no tenía las verduras asadas pues salteé en una sartén #calabacín , #pimiento rojo y #calabaza en una sartén con AOvE y especias al gusto. Puse en un molde las verduras mezcladas con los espaguetis de espelta integral previamente cocidos. Casqué los #huevos encima y puse unos trocitos de #mozarella. Al horno y listo para disfrutar. En casa gustó mucho 😋 Si os animáis ya me contaréis y no dejéis de pasar por el perfil de @adriana_nutricion porque tiene ideas muy ricas y sencillas para el día a día . Hommus de laranja 🍊 e especiarias! Delícia 😋! Vegan 🌱, sem glúten! Receitinha do bem da Julie: 1 x de grão-de-bico cozido es e escorridos; 1/4 x + 3-4 CS de suco integral de laranjas; 2 CS de tahine; 2 CS de suco de limão; 1 CS de salsinha picada; 1 dente de alho picado ou mais; 1 cchá de sal rosa; 1 cchá de mostarda escura ou clara; 1 cchá de garam masala; 1/4 cchá de coentro em pó (se preferir, pode ser o fresco); 1/4 cchá de açafrão em pó; 1/4 cchá de páprica doce; 1/4 cchá de pimenta preta moída na hora ou cominho; 1/4 cchá de cebola em pó; 2 CS de azeite de oliva extravirgem aromatizado com alho + o necessário para regar; raspas de laranja Bahia. Bater todos os ingredientes no liquidificador potente ou processador, menos as raspas, até formar um creme homogêneo e delicioso. Caso queira, mais espesso reduzir a quantidade de suco, e para mais cremoso, acrescentar mais líquido. Corrigir os sabores. Acrescentar as raspas de laranja quando estiver pronto. Regar com azeite de oliva extravirgem aromatizado com alho. Guardar em geladeira em um vidro com tampa fechado. Deixar apurar bem os sabores antes de servir, o ideal é que seja preparado com no mínimo 6 horas de antecedência. Espero que gostem tanto quanto eu! ¡Buenas noches, bellxs!♥️🌱. . Os dejo por aquí está receta que hice hoy para comer, que está 🤤. . Mañana la tendréis en el blog con más información, como siempre 😊. . INGREDIENTES:. . 🔸350 gr de seitán. . 🔸10 champiñones. . 🔸1 diente de ajo. . 🔸1 Cucharadita de Orégano. . 🔸3/4 de vaso de cerveza. . 🔸Sal al gusto. . 🔸2 chalotas o media cebolla. . 🔸Aceite de oliva virgen extra. . PREPARACIÓN:. . ☝🏼Picamos el ajo y las chalotas (o cebolla). En una sartén con aceite de oliva virgen extra lo doramos un poquito. . ☝🏼Troceamos los champiñones y el seitán (en tacos) y los añadimos a la sartén. . ☝🏼 Cuando se doren tanto los champiñones como el seitán, añadimos el orégano y la sal.
