Who wants brownies for dinner?! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I shared how I easily made this high-protein 💯 vegan treat in the microwave using @eat.fitquick 🦄 on my stories tonight. Not only is it super easy, but those macros for one serving of the mix 22p/4f/22c 😍 I’m obsessed!!! • While the majority of my meals are whole foods - I eat a ton of tofu, tempeh & veggies - having a shake, or macro-friendly treats like this to help me fulfill my protein intake for the day is not only enjoyable to me, but saves me a lot of time and money. • There is nothing wrong with having the desire to be supplement-free & being willing to prepare all of your meals. Go for it if that’s what suits you & your lifestyle. 🤗 However, if you want the freedom of grab n go options sometimes & would rather blend a smoothie than stand over a stove, that’s ok too. You can be just as fit and healthy either way if the food choices you’re making agree with your digestive system & adequately fuel your fitness goals. • Processed food is not necessarily junk food. Just like “homemade” isn’t necessarily synonymous with “healthy.” Flexible Dieting is about being cognizant of what you’re eating & how it affects YOU. There is no one size fits all diet & there doesn’t have to be. If you’re willing to invest the time to learn what your body needs, you can create a nutrition plan that suits you for long-term success. • If you want to get a basis of what you might need to change in order to get on that level, I suggest you start tracking what you are already doing right now. Download the free MyFitnessPal app & for a full week, log everything you eat & drink. (For real, not ideally. Don’t try to clean things up just because you’re tracking. You want to be honest so you can be as accurate as possible.) 😏 Take a weekly average & then look to see where you can improve. • When we take inventory we have the data to help us make informed decisions. Otherwise, everything is just a guess. If you have already pondered & said to yourself, “I guess I eat pretty healthy,” 🤔 that method has already failed you. Knowing for sure is truly empowering & what will lead you to success.

Day 4 First PT session with my new trainer 💪 . . I can safely say that I may be sore tomorrow but omg what a great workout. . . Last week in our “trial session” it was “get to know what I’m made of” . . Well she certainly pushed me today 😅 . . I’m pretty excited to see where she’ll take me in my fitness journey. . . 🥗 Teriyaki tofu and bean salad 🥗 . Why does life have to be so hectic 😫 Every week you have a general set base for work and uni but after you add in all the assignment work, me time, meal times, cooking time family time, boyfriend time and friend time it becomes a lot! Not too mention those unexpected things that just jump out like a little kid dressed as a ghost on halloween 🙄 But anyway back to the food ❤️ Since it’s been so hectic I’ve been craving some super high protein meals like this one to keep me going for hours on end! .
