My shopping list. . If you want to know what you need to eat in order to achieve a fitness/health goal, best is to look for a nutritionist. . But there is one thing you have to incorporate in your meals and life: eating REAL FOOD. Sounds pretty obvious, but it is not. . You fill yourself with labels: “fitness” cereals, “gluten-free” cookies, “zero cholesterol” sauces, “low calorie” yogurts, and yet you don’t see improvements. . We have so many products available nowadays and yet we have a nutritional catastrophe. . Why? Because we are overloaded with information and lost with lack of understanding. . So eating real food instead of food products is the first and biggest step you can make. . And what is real food? Food that doesn’t need propaganda, not in the TV, not in the printed package. . Food that industry isn’t desperately trying to sell because it will “save your heart” or “help you grow up” or “make you fitness”. . If you want real information, read the ingredients list and the nutritional values. . If you don’t understand an ingredient, make a quick research about it. . For example: sugar comes in many different names - sacarose, fructose, dextrose, maltodextrin, corn syrup, etc. . The rest of the package will either waste your time or full your intelligence. . So here is my real food groceries I got for the week: . 🥕 Legumes: carrots, red bell pepper, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms, squash. 🌱 Greens: broccoli, spinach, ginger 🥜 Eggs, butter and peanut butter (100% peanut, no oil or sugar added). 🍚 Mixed rice (red, brown and black). 🍞 Artisanal bread (no oil or sugar added) and oats. 🍎 Apple cider vinegar.
