Paneer pulao 😍 Ingredients 1 tsp oil 2 tsp butter 1/2 cup thinly sliced onions 1 tbsp chopped ginger (adrak) 1 tbsp chopped garlic (lehsun) 1 tbsp green chilli paste 3 tbsp tomato puree 1 cup rice (chawal) , soaked for 1 hour and drained 1 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubes salt to taste a pinch of sugar 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tbsp curds (dahi) For The Garnish 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) Method Heat the oil and butter in a pressure cooker. Add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes or till the onions turn translucent. Add the ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and sauté on a medium flame for another 1 minute. Add the tomato purée and sauté again for 1 minute. Add the rice and sauté for another 1 minute. Add the paneer and sauté for 1 more minute. Add 2 cups of hot water, salt, sugar, garam masala and curds, mix well and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid. Люблю я овощи. Вот и сегодня для вас очень вкусное и нежное блюдо - цветная капуста в сливочном соусе. Можно использовать как самостоятельно блюдо, а можно и как гарнир к мясу или рыбе. 1 кг цветной капусты 500 мл сливок 10–15% (можно заменить на молоко) 150 гр. сыра 1 ст. л. муки 1 ст. л. сливочного масла соль перец Цветную капусту разобрать на соцветия. Опустить в кипящую подсоленную воду и варить до полуготовности (примерно 7-10 минут после опускания в кипяток). Воду слить. Выложить капусту в форму для запекания. Приготовить соус. Сыр натереть на крупной терке. В сотейнике растопить сливочное масло, добавить муку и слегка ее обжарить, помешивая. Влить сливки (или молоко), тщательно размешать, чтобы не было комочков, довести до кипения. Всыпать натертый сыр, перемешать и варить до тех пор, пока весь сыр не расплавится. Соус посолить и поперчить по вкусу. Готовым соусом залить капусту в форме. Поставить в заранее разогретую до 180 градусов духовку, запекать 25 минут. Последние 10 минут запекать на режиме с конвекцией, чтобы капуста немного подрумянилась. How was everyone’s Easter yesterday? With the majority of my family still residing on the East Coast, my Easter was pretty low key. Growing up I was never a meat eater, so at family gathering and for holidays I would always fill my plate up with lots of side dishes. To be honest though, I never really saw a problem with it, sides are great! 🤤 And as it would happen, my Home Chef box I got in the mail last week came complete with 4 whole side dishes!! Pica toda la verdura finamente, recuerda quitar las semillas al jitomate y al chile serrano, reserva. 2. Cuece los nopales con el agua y la cucharadita de bicarbonato por 5 minutos. 3. I know this looks like garbage but I’ve found the easiest way to get my macros in (carbs/fats/proteins) is by making a burrito or bowl! I’m pescatarian so I try a little harder to get my protein in. This bowl is loaded with mushrooms, tofu, rice noodles, carrots, sweet peppers, cilantro, sriracha, hoisin sauce, and green onions. I was gonna keep this my dirty little secret but I didn’t want it to be just another regret... so imma share. Hummus is pretty common in everyone’s home and in many a Middle Eastern restaurant. We make it a lot, whizzing it up in the food processor in a matter of minutes. There are many variations on hummus, but we now have our favourite way of making it, so it is a no-fuss, no thinking dish that can be on the table in under 5 minutes (if you have cooked the chickpeas ahead of time – we keep bags of them in the freezer). 💛 Recently I came across Turmeric Chickpeas – chickpeas that have been soaked and cooked with a lot of turmeric. You can read about our experiments with them -link is in the post. 💛 For this recipe we use Turmeric Chickpeas instead of plain, ordinary chickpeas. It is the same recipe as our usual hummus, just that we are adding this twist. Godingarna i denna paj har legat i typ 125 grader ca tre timmar med olja, salt, peppar, torkad timjan och fyra skivade vitlökar innan de lades över ett grahamspajskal fyllt med 3 äggulor ihopvispade med 2 dl fraiche och 3 dl västerbottenost. In åkte de igen, nu på högre värme i kanske 20 minuter. Alltså, det är bara såå gott!
