If the world is stressing you out, Giving you problems you dont want to deal with, or just being a downright ass, It can be very hard to deal with life at points. We all need something to relieve our stress at times so we can clear our heads and breath for a moment. Well...Here it is. The Good, The bad, And the fluffy. No pump, no flex, and straight outa bed this morning! When I started the @1stphorm Sprint challenge, I decided to pack on as much as I could. We are about 1/2 way through the challenge (ummm I think🤔) and im up about 15 lbs. I am really trying to keep from gaining too much fat, but the reality is...ITS GOING TO HAPPEN! You cant gain size without gaining the fat. I am eating more, and more, and more, as the weeks go by and my body can only absorb so much. I knew the abs and tightness was gonna go away, but YIKES!! Can you say FLUFFY?!!?!??! This is all a process that will pay off in the long run, but right now it is TOUGH!! Some days I am so sick of chewing that I just want to give up. Forcing food down and then chugging water just so I can swallow whatever is in my mouth....Its not for everyone. There is a reason you dont see a lot of "Big " guys....The eating can be a real nightmare! Even though it is hard, I am looking forward to packing on the most I can, and then shedding the fat to see what this frame looks like as a Finished product! I prefer to do my "Bent Over Landmine Rows" BENT OVER!!! I see so many people doing this movement standing damn near straight up and down with hardly any bend at the hip and this does NOT allow your back to work the way it needs to during the exercise! I also notice most people dont let the arms extend. They keep the arms pulled up close to the body and only allow a range of motion of around 6-8inches. Allowing the arms to stretch out get the Lats to stretch and engage the way the need to during the movement! IN MY OPINION - Keeping a bend of around 90 degrees at the hip and letting the arms fully extend on the way dow allows your lats and lower back to get the most out of this movement. If you cant stay bent over during the movement, lighten the load and try again.
