Le poids 💡 . J'aimerais pouvoir un jour considérer mon poids comme un ami. J'ai longtemps été complexée par mon poids, et même si le combat n'est plus le même je suis encore et toujours en train de me battre. J'ai toujours considéré mon corps comme un ennemi : de mon enfance jusqu'à il y a peu, je me battait pour 5/10/15/20 misérables kilos en trop. Depuis mon accouchement, le poids que je prenait si facilement a laissé place au deuxième combat. Le recto paraît beau: manger ce que l'on veut quand on veut sans grossir. Le verso c'est devoir tout calculer, se forcer à manger quand on a pas faim, se rendre compte le soir que l'on a rien mangé de la journée parce qu'on ne ressent plus la sensation de faim et malgré tout, se préparer à voir le poids en chute libre si le nombre de calories n'a pas était atteint la veille. Une simple contrariété, un simple changement peut ruiner en un jour tout ce qui a pu se construire en 2 mois. . Ce soir je dis au-revoir une fois de plus à mon beau 56 kg. Tag 122: 🇩🇪 Heute war mal wieder ein entspannter Dienstag, da ja meine Mutter nicht da war. Ist aber wirklich so, dass die ganze Atmosphäre damit entspannter und lockerer ist. Selbst Dad ist an den Tagen immer viel besser drauf und zu manchen Blödsinn aufgelegt. Haben heute doch glatt mal die Ski vom Boden geholt und schonmal zum Skiservice gebracht ... immerhin beginnt in 46 Tagen die neue Skisaison und bei dem eigenartigen Wetter dieses Jahr weiß man ja nie was passiert 😁 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ #frühstück: Mohnbussis und ein Glas Kakao #mittag: Mohnbussis und ein Glas Kakao #nachmittagssnack: Eiskaffe, Schaumzuckerwaffel, Möhre und Himbeere #abendessen:  Kartoffeln und Quarktag ... um gar nicht wieder in alte Muster zu rutschen hab ich beschlossen, dass ich den Quark jetzt immer meinen Dad zubereiten lasse, obwohl es mir nach wie vor schwer fällt ... also gab es Kartoffeln, Quark, Geflügelleberwurst (die zugegebenermaßen echt lecker ist) und zwei verschiedene Ketschups. Da Dad sich so gefreut hat, dass ich wieder Gurkensalat mit gegessen habe, hat er heute extra eine Gurke besorgt und mich damit überrascht. ➡️ Swipe for weight loss / weight gain progress! A few years ago when I first started here, I posted a before and after of me, one was of me at 90kg in which I was unhappy with how I personally looked. I was bullied relentlessly at high school by other kids and I never had confidence as a result. Fastforward to the picture next to it, I was so skinny and had abs, I was 51kg but I did it through restrictive eating (1000cals a day) so much running and HIIT and a very nasty battle with bulimia. But hey, at the time I thought, “why did it matter? People aren’t teasing me at school anymore.” But I still wasn’t happy with my body shape and I was always starving. Fastforward to today! (Pic of me in blue ☺️) I am much much happier, I weigh 65kg but I barely check that anymore and I’ve been lifting seriously for quite a while, doing heavy compound lifts mixed with isolation movements. I’ve made some pretty significant leg and booty gains which I am so proud of and I’m eating a healthy 1800cals a day with treats thrown in here and there :). Using the same pic I just posted but: 2016 > 2018 There may not be a huge difference but in the first picture, I was convinced I was fat. I thought I still needed to lose weight. Here’s the difference you might not be able to see: I was 16 and 125 lbs. and fit in size 6 jeans. Now, I’m 18 and 150 lbs. and I fit in size 13 jeans. For me, that was huge to accept. I thought, like I used to, that I was fat. But compare these two. I got a booty now 🍑 I have more stretch marks, I have cellulite, and I feel like my confidence has grown a lot this past year. I don’t think I’m fat anymore. I’m not 100% comfortable in my skin, but I accept it for what it is at the moment.
