370 LBS for 1 moved alright I guess. Was supposed to get 2 but oh well. My tendinitis (what I think it is) has been killing me so much. Going to the doctor tomorrow to finally treat this sucker and get back to giving it my 100% again. Also lifting at UTA was pretty fun with some old high school friends!

Nice little 290 LBS grinder with the boys @captain.punjab & @the_punjabi_prince Taking a 1 week deload until the tendinitis on my elbow heals completely. Continuing to grow โœ…! My last deadlift PR check in with you guys was on August 30th at 405 lbs weighing about 170 lbs. After months of cleaning up form and ONLY working at 60-70% of my 1 rep DL max I was able to hit a 20 lb PR at 425 lbs yesterday! My current body weight is right around 165 lbs (11-12% body fat) which is about 5 lbs lighter than my last check in (hoping to get back to 170-175 lb range <10% bodyfat)! My next deadlift goal is to hit 450 by the end of the year and 500 lbs by early spring! Letโ€™s get back to it! I have also added a few clips of some of my favorite supplemental movements to help with shaping.
