This week's lifts in the space of 5 days Squat 270kg 2x2 Bench 165kg x2 Deadlift 275kg x2 Giving me training of 700kg All done between 77.4kg-78.5kg give or take. Pretty happy with how my GPC British prep has gone training alot closer to my weight class this time around should benefit me a little bit more. Reverse diet week 1 with a few treats and no binge eating... After feeling very low and exhausted at the beginning of the week to one week on from comp feeling happy, relaxed, energy levels coming back up and feeling more like the old Sarah day by day..😁 Today's views is me looking softer with a little tummy..and a 4lb weight gain...
