๐ŸŽฏFocus your aim on one target at a time. . @willgirling has had to do this as he pursues a World Record. . Yes he'd love to be still lifting 5 days a week but when your target is a cycling World Record you have to be willing to put your effort into only those things that get you closer to the goal. . Yes he's still lifting once a week but the focus is based on prep for the World Record. The rest of his focus goes into 5 rides a week with 300+ miles a week of total riding volume. . If you have HUGE goals you can only pursue that which gets you closer to the target. @Regranned from @willgirling - Week 11 of world record training . . My frequency of lifting has been massively dropped with only 1 day a week dedicated to the iron. The session focus - strength endurance lifting heavy weight for low reps for longer periods of time giving me more carry over to my riding. 3x7mins AMRAP is hard! . . Do I miss lifting 5 days a week?
